Manjaro used to be but some of the themes and icons I used were not maintained so I gone back to the defaults, I still have some things personalized. Void is almost fully riced with i3gaps and custom configurations almost everywhere and I am happy with it.

Just werks unlike Windows, didn't have to set shit up. When I reinstall, I just backup my config files, get a list of installed programs from apt and take note of manually installed programs. It's way easier to automate tasks and I don't have to click on small shit with the mouse all the time (fuck you Windows).
It's not riced because there's no point. I use most programs in full screen anyway, except sometimes two or three terminal windows side by side. i3 takes care of that. When I do this, it's because I have specific things to get done, and I don't see the point in distracting myself with optics. The only things I did to my i3 config were adding some keyboard shortcuts for often-used programs, running some programs and scripts at startup, and adding some info to the info bar (pretty much just current volume) and removing that which I don't need.
