I have one of these in my apartment complex and I fucking hate it. Can't put an AC unit in it and the building lacks central air. It's goddamn HOT. Leaving the window open is the best you can do and it's meager at best for cooling down a room when the outdoor air is 40C.
I'll admit the design is fuckin neat and versatile but for my situation it can get fucked
