Alright, here's what you do OP:
Be yourself, don't put on a mask to impress women - that mask has to come off eventually.
Don't fear rejection: not every woman is a woman you want to be with, and if she rejects you - fine, there's plenty others out there.
Also stop caring, just go "fuck it, I'll talk to her because I have nothing to lose"
It doesn't matter if you spill spaghetti unless you let out that you're a lolifag or you want to rape and carve up women.
Some women find it cute when guys like yourself (read: boys) spill spaghetti.

Be honest, be yourself, be straightforward, don't get too down because of rejection, don't care about spilling spaghetti.

1) nothing's gonna change unless you do something
2)you dont have much time really, you'll get older and eventually die. Which will reduce your chances to score even more
