i'm 20, soon to be 21. i smashed the living shit out of my chinkshit mi4 in an argument about 14 months ago and am phone free ever since, didn't cause any issues other than being able to listen to music while i'm smoking outdoors since i have my comfy loonucks box with me all the time. i'd have problems if i had people that needed to contact with me though.

when i was 19 "smart phones" didn't exist.

Smartphone is useful as you can use it for navigation, internet browsing, watching or reading. But if you don't leave home much i see no reason to have one.
