the reviewers had issues with RAM thats why the low performance and high latency issues. it says so on the bottom of the fucking page. in spanish but its there. they did not manage to run the ram at its intended speeds. the ram in question was a 3200mhz cl14, which ran at 2666cl16 or some shit. so expect even better performance than what is showed there.

One more thing to add, AMD will never beat intel in far-cry5, its the worst case scenario for AMD.

One more thing to add is that AMD fucked up here. Why not release an 8core that clocks to 4.7 or 4.8ghz? the only true high end is the 16core 4.7ghz. So unless the 3700x and 3800x can OC, our best gaming option is the 3950x which just isnt worth it.

There is no such thing as overall cpu latency - the specific parts of a cpu core (and its subsystems) all have their own latencies. Most commonly its the various memory latencies that are discussed.
