Sumatra on Windows. Xreader on Linux. I used to usemupdf, but I don't use a pdf reader often enough to memorize its hotkeys.

Acrobat DC pro portable and and wondershare pdfelement pro, both cracked. Need to use them to both to edit bank statements etc. pdfelement pro especially if I cant find the custom font used, but it sucks as it has no layer control.

You can open PDF files in LibreOffice Draw, but you are unlikely to enjoy the experience.

I actually used Xreader before switching to Evince. Never really liked it, because I always experienced performance issues.
It seems better now (PDFs with hundreds of sites load instantly as expected), but zooming is still shit. Even for pure text the document jumps noticeably up and down while zooming and with images it takes 0.5 - 1 second for the page to get properly scaled again.

This one. I mainly use it for books so I've use some tweaks for easier reading. Plus it handles epubs pretty well so I don't need a separate reader for that shit (which usually just crams text on your screen anyway, fuck epubs).
