Majority of web servers are written in C, so yes.

Majority of web is run on C software but sites functionality is scripted in PHP or some other language.

PHP is an ad-hoc language stay away from it.

no

no
By that logic I could write an interpreter in language X and claim that the majority of web is written in language X.

Not written in or maybe idk, but runs on c possibly.

Why? What valid current year reasons besides they rejected CoC and your lefties is there and provide a alternative without issues.
I never used php but I recognize npc crying when I see it.

>PHP is the best, trust me
>btw, I never used PHP
I'm sure any discussion with you would be very productive, user.

if ur using anything other than php 7+ then its awful

if your using php 7 or above it makes sense in every way

PHP is a language that is ugly and nonsensical. It was literally invented to solve solutions during the dot.com boom and people ate it up, like people ate up Perl during that period.

It's a fucking terrible language that does one thing and it's worse at it than other solutions out there.

Never used PHP in my life
Can someone give me a rundown of the differences between Version 7 and the old versions of PHP?

> If a=b and b=c then a=c
sounds legit OP

god i fucking hate this subject discrete structures during my uni

By your logic everything is written in asm

But C is written in assembly language. Does that mean Web sites are written in that. What about C compilers that compile to JavaScript?

Huh? Almost nothing is written in assembly.
Dumb tard.

Yes. That's why webdev has always been utter shit.

You could. But you didn’t

>What valid current year reasons

here are two for fun:

DateTime::IDO8601 is incompatible with.... wait for it....ISO-8601

Doubles.... who needs doubles anyways: 3v4l.org/4dGn7

there are many assembly languages and no, C is written in C. Fucking brainlet

using = as relation symbol here just adds to the confusion
