this looptoop will be running a 15-20W 7th gen i3 dual core with UHD 630 gfx, not going for the nshittya meme. I have a cheap m.2 ssd (120GB) that i store my OS and nothing else on and then i set up my storage on my 1tb HDD. Its a 200$ acer aspire laptop, so i think this will work

Just use debian or it's derivatives and take a few hours learning i3 and ricing. Major reason to rice is to have fun configuring your own environment, not only using it.
