AMD have clearly passed Intel in terms of IPC now. Shame they can't fix their shitty clock speeds.

>Be AMD
>Superior IPC
>Superior core/thread count
>Less lockdowns and market segmentation
>No heat problems
>Superior architecture
>No security vulnerabilities
>Shills won't stop spamming clock speed

Hahahahahahahaha haha cope

>Bu-but my Cinebench!

this is embarrassing

They have to keep something in the bag for Zen3

It's on a process designed for efficiency up to maybe 3.3 to 3.4GHz. In other words, it's optimal for Rome not Matisse.

Damn

>b-but intel uma cry 5

Attached: brian_help.gif (250x180, 1.64M)

Again that bullshit like the first gen? I thought they were going to use a high performance node this time?

Attached: 5ghzdipper.png (1280x720, 573K)

Ryzen shills were LITERALLY claiming this about Zen+ and saying that Zen 2 would be different, because the new process was optimised for high clocks. Now it's here, the clocks are barely improved and suddenly the same excuse is in play.

JUST WAIT™ for Zen 2+ right, guys? Only another year... and we'll finally beat Intel... finally...

why are some of the review 9900k so gimped. Here is mine at run of the mill 5 ghz and run of the mill 3200mhz cl 16 ram.

Attached: 9900kr155.png (600x834, 132K)

install your mitigations goyim

TSMC high performance nodes are not for Intel or IBM like clock rates. Even their high performance test chips barely went over 4GHz for obvious reasons.

It doesn't matter as much when you have higher IPC.

Attached: mattisewhz.png (1520x855, 112K)

why? also r20 results.

Attached: 9900kr20.png (503x724, 45K)

learn to fucking read

>AMD can only wins when Intel is gimped
L M A O AMDJEETS BTFO

It's an IPC test, retard.

learn to fucking read

Doesn’t matter about ipc if AMD can’t hit the clock speeds.
Intel is still superior

DEAL
WITH
IT

pretty much, at this point what else is there

You’re gimped by default, retard. Go cry to your rabbi about it.

And Intel will have the same problem with 10nm

anyone who just games and browses web don't need that extra security shit. so fucking dumb if any 9900k owners leaves them on.

Attached: lol.png (771x409, 26K)

>but muh digital electronic pc video nintendo-playbox computer games!

>cloks a whole GhZ higher
nothing personnel kiddo

cope

Intel is fighting the same problem. Can't get their new node to beat their 14nm chips AND the yields are shit.

>Can't get their new node to beat their 14nm chips
difference is they have super efficient 14nm chips at least...

9900k is still breathtaking in my eyes. It fucking ignores ipc and just brute forces its way to the fucking top.

the 3700x/3800x is pretty disappointing desu

ill give 3900x points though for brute forcing its way to the top of multithread through more cores :)

Attached: elrisitas.jpg (600x600, 41K)

>Intel now have worse IPC
DOESN'T MATTER

>Intel gimps themselves
>WAAAA IT'S AMD'S FAULT
It's the oven for you buddy.

>RAM @ 2133

It has about zero impact on cinebench.

Is there a test like this, but with 3200 or higher memory speed?

>single core test
>ram speed

>cinebench

Fuck off Satan

3700X BTFO Intel housefires
$339 vs $479
It's anudda shoa.

i don't use cinema 4d

Does Zen 2 really perform as well as it shows in that chart? That's a pretty wild jump. I was expecting maybe 5% better than 2700x. That chart's showing around 15%, is that accurate?

Yes it does. It may not beat trhe 9900K in gaming but it comes close for a lot less money on the 3700X. It also matches or beats the 9900K on productivity. Including Intards beloved Adobe shit. It runs cooler and uses less power to boot.

>intel is BTF-

>Amd has slightly better IPC
>Intel has far better clock speeds

Zen 2 is really lack luster. If Intel reduced it's prices then it would put AMD on suicide watch.

>$339 vs $479 housefire
Cope

AMD went from an IPC deficit to advantage in ~3 years. Meanwhile, Intel's IPC improvements with Icelake are pretty much negated by their 10nm being utter crap. If I were Intel, I'd be shitting my goddamn pants right about now.

Hey I can post awesome gaming charts too

Attached: 1562514044816.png (1679x835, 505K)

Hey would you look at that

Attached: 1562518608402.png (1084x587, 275K)

Blown the fuck out indeed, Drones are literally fucking stupid.

Shiny new gaming benchmarks!

Nice gayming CPU bro

Attached: 1562337049943.png (959x995, 105K)

intel is deprecated

Intel on suicide watch.

It's honestly embarrassing how many idiots on this site don't know what IPC means.

Attached: 9051_330_amd-ryzen-3900x-3700x-zen2-review.png (573x893, 27K)

amd is deprecated

3700X is looking damned fine for overall value.
Dilate.

intel is defecated

>amd either shits out a bad cpu with terrible ipc and high clockspeeds or a bad cpu with decent ipc but terrible clockspeeds
kek

Attached: intelchillguy.jpg (350x498, 68K)

>I thought they were going to use a high performance node this time?
They where, but then GF fucked up again and canceled it's 7nm process.

>intel shits out pozzed feces literally every year

Attached: 1536694146733.png (1200x800, 164K)

>768p benchmarks
Is it fucking 2001 or something?

>Plz don't stress our Intel CPU's!

Hmmmmmmmm why the difference?

Attached: 1562513821121.png (945x1562, 208K)

Computerbase used 1.0.0.3 agesa or something.

>pozzed feces that regularly curbstomp amd
feelsgoodman

*and intel fanboys keep eating it up

We love unrivalled gaming performance

Yeah, but it's not 2011 anymore.

>the vast majority of TVs in living rooms is 4K
>PC is still hung up on 1080p
It's really time to move the fuck on

too bad that shit is make believe. Only csgo and r6 does better than intel

BUT MUH GPU BOTTLENECK

But even the most high end video cards can't deliver a consistently good 4k experience without resorting to jerry rigged upscaling techniques.

Who actually benched any of the games in that chart though?

Linus benched csgo?

>kills kiketel in 720p
bruhs

AMD's charts were pretty accurate imo

Attached: PUBG.jpg (1015x578, 64K)

INTARD BTFO

Yeah, but no one actually plays at 144hz

lmao you're fucking retarded

Responding to drive this home again.

it's sarcasm

doubts

Attached: 1549550746764.png (704x706, 407K)

I mean, i've got a 9700k, and a 144hz monitor.

>btfo by 8700k

underrated

Okay cool but it still loses at the most important department: gaming
So what's the point?

Does anyone have more info on the stuttering mentioned in coreteks review?

Why they're on Jow Forums anyway. It's embarrassing.

That was the plan, but the 7nm high speed process failed miserably.

We don't have 250hz screens
