Mullvad.
Nord is a Lithuanian data mining botnet

just use tor. is there even a difference?

Isn't NordVPN based on Panama, though?

i've used expressvpn for a while but it's $130 a year for monthly payments. you get what you pay for.

do your own research with VPNs, since everyone has different needs and use cases for them

ExpressVPN is better imo

This. On expressvpn you have one vpn that does it all, torrent, Netflix etc. Don't have constantly switch servers. Last time I checked this was a thing on nord

of course, you would hope so at that price. spending $100 for a year or $13 a month just for a VPN isn't cheap.

I've always used private internet access because they keep no logs

No, it's owned by Tesonet a Lithuanian company. The Panama meme is just a shell company where they registered it.

Yes, because Tor is slow as fuck.

>Of course I use Mullvad, how could you tell?

Is IVPN any good?

Rent a Russian server and setup your own VPN.
Cheaper plus you can host a website or Minecraft or whatever

bumping

Is thatoneprivacysite.net trustworthy?

Private Internet Access is the best for my use case (I've tried 10+). That might be different for you. Why are you looking for a VPN specifically?

PIA

Putin will ask you to hand him your private information anyways. That's why Nord left the country.

Any recommended sites where to rent Russian servers?

>Mullvad.
+1 to this. They have pretty anonymous ways to pay if you care about that.

Why would you use NordVPN? It's being pushed on YouTube for a reason, and that reason clearly isn't for privacy.

This. They are one of the only one who run wireguard as well in case you need speed

This
Imagine using something for privacy that spends $1 million on TV advertising a month that was created by a data mining firm Tesonet that is based in Lithuania which has mandatory data retention laws. Holy shit talk about being absolutely brain dead

Is it actually good or is it a meme?
(How are speeds with Mullvad? How many clients does it allow per account?)

You can go to a cracking forum and buy a cracked NordVPN account (or whatever VPN you prefer) with 2-3 years subscription left for $1 btc.

Ive been researching a new VPN. torguard with dedicated us up is 140$ a year but you can easily find half off coupons. It seems to be the fastest. Nord slows down after the first month and express is expensive. The only problem with torguard is it's located in the states.

Mullvad and Airvpn are probably the most privacy focused.

I fell for the 3 year nordvpn meme.
Its fucking shit & slow af.
I would recommend expressvpn - i tried it for 1 month before i bought nordvpn and it was pretty good.

Depends on which cilent you pick but for mullvad wireguard feel the fastest for me

Does it have dedicated torrenting servers?
And can I buy this shit in Murica? It's in eu dollars. (Given I didn't go through crypto)

Wireguard requires logs and any VPN that uses it blatantly lies about logging.

With static IP addresses stored on the servers(required by Wireguard) you map uniquely and permanently an IP address to a user. Once that IP address is discovered (no need to crack the server) the correlation is done because they know which user always has that IP address, even if they don't log traffic, and they would give away the information under a court order.

This is not possible with OpenVPN, as the dynamic IP addresses are never correlated to a user once the session is over, they are lost. So if the attacker asks "who has that IP address?" with OpenVPN in the setup they don't know, while with Wireguard in the current (at the time of writing) stage of development they would know.

What do we do about this?

Source on that? How are you so sure?

Its nothing
That study is literally just phone apps which are usually proxies and nothing more.

ExpressVPN is the only 'major" vpn actually Chinese and operated out of China. The British Virgin Islands location is just the registered location but nothing is actually located there

.Douglas Spink the zoophile getting little time for trafficking cartel quantities of coke can lead some to believe he let the feds install a backdoor at CS. Nobody really knows but that baggage really can make someone think twice before signing up

Tor is objectively the only choice. By using a VPN, you're putting trust into someone else's hands who're inevitably going to crack to government pressure and won't admit to it, as they have no choice. VPNs are a honeypot for legal and illegal activities regardless.

I don't think you realize what tor or vpns do

It's okay, but it's kinda garbage. Try privacytools.io/ instead.

Ironic the website reporting on that is doling what its doing.

Doing*

Nord spends $1.6 million a quarter( 6.4 annually)on Ads for CNN alone. That doesn't even include other networks. Lets just say Nord spends $50 million a year on TV ads. How is charging people $100 every 3 years and spending $50 million a year on TV ads a sustainable practice? It's not. That's the answer. Everything about Nord screams honeypot. Why use a service for "privacy" when absolutely nothing about the company seems privacy focused.

Pia is $57 for 3 years:

stacksocial.com/sales/private-internet-access-vpn-subscription-3-years

us code: SUMMERSAVINGS

$108 is high. They were having a large sale just a couple of weeks ago. Check Slickdeals. Also check for cashback deals. I got 75% CB just a month or so ago.

Nord and PIA both have fake timers to encourage impulse buys so fuck them

Isn't PIA in a Five Eyes country?

>he literally buys a software from tesonet the same company that owns HOLA

i mean you are asking to be datamined

Ever bought anything from overseas? It just converts the currency when you pay, so expect whatever the exchange rate is.

I have no idea what all you people are doing on the internet to make you scared of "five eyes" countries.

Torguard does everything right and is only $30 a year. Fast, rarely drops connection, and so on. No logging either.

inb4 muh nsa - no vpn will save you if you're doing the kind of shit that pisses off the alphabet soups enough to come after you.

PIA is obviously backdoored by the way the CSO talks about warrant canaries

Just like every US based VPN,email provider, phone company, and computer OS maker

What's a cheap ass vpn, I'm going to worst korea for a year but still want to look at porn

Go to nulled cracking forum and find the marketplace for cracked vpn accounts . You can get cracked nord, express, cyber ghost for 2 bucks and it will last usually 6-8 months. Find a seller with good feedback that at least offers a replacement warranty for 3 months. They accept paypal and Btc

Retard
They catch everything with a vpn too
No escape

Based NordVPN, fuck (((PayPal))).
Good alternatives are Mullvad and Express.

I just purchased nordvpn and after reading a lot of stuffs about it on internet, i asked for refund. Will I get refund? Anyone got refund or am I fucked for 3 years?

>not using your own vpn server

Attached: 1554543864962.jpg (680x813, 56K)

yeah, i can but I can't change the IP address frequently unless I destroy that vps and recreate it.

And if I can't change the IP, why bother since they can link back that single different IP to me anyway. At least having 500+ servers access give me a bit protection.

ExpressVPN is owned by the Chinese

They should refund you if you are within the return period. Just tell them you aren't satisfied with the service and would like a refund. Sending them a tweet tends to speed up the process since they don't like people not getting issues resolved out in the open.

Choose something like express, mullvad, or Airvpn next time. Air is one of the more privacy focused and even runs 8% of tor exits. Try the 3 day trial for $2 to test the speeds

A VPS that only YOU connect to will never beat a fully encrypted VPN server running without hard drives on RAM only that has 100 people connected at all times.

Link discusses express and it being run by chinese
Express is Chinese owned and operated. Nothing is actually in the British Virgin Islands. Just like Nord and Panama it is a false location to give dumbasses that don't do research peace of mind.

.t shill

Attached: file.png (867x664, 118K)

Go to the homepage and search you brilliant individual. Scrolling down to the bottom works too

listen you dumb fuck, paypal is there for security. If nord drop connection speed after 30 days, you can't do anything about refund. If you pay via paypal, you can complain to paypal and get refund and thats what people were doing and nord removed that option altogether

Not gonna ask how you came across that tweet but nice and ty

>Straya trap
She has spiders and snakes in her asshole.

someone posted it on bantz

Nord literally gives commissions to reviewers who give them 5 stars

you pretend to want privacy but you support paypal? what the fuck hipster, get with the shitty loser trends, you're way behind the curve

the plan is to not use anything at all especially any kind of payment system and just make baseless claims about how everything today is shit, slowly recede over 2-3 decades then commit suicide

You can do the same thing with your CC you absolute retard.

NordVPN doesn’t have a Linux app with a GUI, I had to get PIA because of this.

Cryptostorm is the best

Does verizon advertise on FOX?

Having a VPN service based in China (our Russia) is a good thing if you're a Westerner. They are unlikely to collaborate with your own government.

Use Firefox with ESNI enabled.

nice

sentinel.co or mysterium.network

They are free and work really well, both are available for windows and android, sentinel also for linux.

Attached: vpn-growth.png (800x435, 62K)

So I'm looking for a good security oriented VPN. Currently can't really decide between the two:
>Mullvad
>Cryptostorm
Is there some top lad with experience of both?

Yeah me. Cryptostorm is the best if you want a non logging one and you can even use Wireguard. Just check their Blog.

I'm very much liking it so far, will probably go with it. What about speeds?

Speeds are fine and even better with wire guard. Take a look at Airvpn too if you are exploring options.

>buying VPN with paypal
how fucking stupid are you, exactly?

I never user a (personal) VPN, whats the main advantage of one? Will my internet speed go down? Can I download torrents without being tracked? Whats the main selling point?

>Will my internet speed go down?
probably
>Can I download torrents without being tracked?
no
>Whats the main selling point?
perceived security, not actual security

Not everyone is hacking every three letter agency in the world, user.

>Can I download torrents without being tracked?
>no
ignore this dumbass.

You can be fingerprinted from torrent downloading

>using vpn's DNS
>using an IP shared by other people
no, you can't.
