The only language *I Need... To Disable* so I can browse without watching Anti-AdBlock shit
yeah, rest of languages are useless. JS is both turing-complete and you can make adds in it
That's not Cobol.
>node-js != js
That's a pretty stupid and worthless statement to make.
ES2021 when?
>integers are actually floats
No, fuck you.
Alternative to webpack/pika when?
Use .NET so...
>integers are actually floats
that's not how it works
>so what can you do with it beside muh dynamic html page?
Aside from that, there are frameworks like Electron and React Native that are bloated, slow, and shit, but which make it easy for web "developers" to write applications (especially across platforms). The language is a pile of shit.
just completely disregard that it's the only technology that allows you to make GUI that doesn't look like absolute garbage and makes the developer want to kys
go write your crappy QT applications that break constantly faggot
Yes, .NET is better!
Sweetie, have you not heard about Swing? Please consider reading the book "CORE JAVA". Thank you.
webdevs with their 6 gorillion node_modules detected
No gorillions with .NET!
JS is almost dead and almost all teams that need to maintain legacy shits switched to TypeScript.
>JS is almost dead
in all seriousness, is there anything taking its place in the browser? i appreciate that there are frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, Ember, etc., and you mention TS, but those all get transpiled to JS by Babel, right? and it's not as if WASM is a direct competitor to JS in most situations
>JS is almost dead
Imagine losing touch with reality this hard just because you hate a language so much
Web based frontend dev is not challenging and is not valuable for top tier countries, an angular dev is paid $250/month in average. It's maybe a good salary in Uganda but not in EU or ASIA.
>an angular dev is paid $250/month in average
based seething bullshitter
this has literally nothing to do with what asked
>2019
>still doing web based dev...
Flutter!
show us the way
Native and gRPC!
Most websites don't work without JS so you won't be browsing that much anyway.
faggot
>tfw dont know what either of those things are
:(
OS written in JS, when?
AI with Tensorflow js
Perl and CGI scripts are only sane way for doing webdev!
YouTube keeps recommending Futter videos to me, and I keep ignoring them. What is this Flutter stuff?
