If UI is CLI then why is CLI a term?
UI merged into meaning GUI in 2000 when G became assumed. Only Linux-fags are delusional to think that CLI is the default form of UI. Even people who heavily use CLI in production and work know that they're the odd ones out (and generally they don't talk about UI anyway).
