Umm no it isn't. I suggest you look up what frequency ranges 5g uses, and the frequency of UV light. 5g doesn't even make it to infrared frequencies.

The source of the info is largely irrelevant as long as you can confirm it elsewhere. At least learn the very basics of how electromagnetic radiation works. For one thing the amount of energy carried increases the high in frequency you go. It is at UV frequencies and higher that the photons can knock electrons loose, thus ionizing.
At lower frequencies the photon can only cause vibration aka heating. Which is how microwave ovens work (they use much higher wattage too), and that's also how the sun's rays heat you.
Anyone scared of 5g should fear their light bulbs much more so. They're higher wattage and emit photons at a much higher energy level.
Again it isn't about the source. Learn how the fucking world around you works, and no one will easily fool you.
