Cheap consumer laptops are plastic shit that starts to fall apart in 2 years

>cheap consumer laptops are plastic shit that starts to fall apart in 2 years
>business laptops are starting to pull off the same shit apple does with non-removable and soldered components and usually have shit screens and touchpads
>high-end consumer laptops are as expensive as apple and still far from flawless
Honestly, a Macbook does not seem like such a bad deal after all.

If you still think macs are quality after the dumpster fire that is the 2016+ macbook pros then you're just delusional. Other manufacturers may be reducing repairability but they're not riveting in keyboards or gluing in batteries. Literally everyone except Microsoft is leagues better than Apple in this regard.

I use a 10 year old thinkpad. It’s all I need.

>what are thinkpads

>macshit falls apart after 2 weeks
>forced to use external keyboard and dongles
>battery life is total shit because MUH THIN
>SSD is soldered so WHEN the shitbook fails, you lose all your data
>battery explosions rampant because apple uses the cheapest chinkshit batteries on the market
honestly, only brain dead subhuman trash buy macbooks
i.e. street shitters like OP

I still get 10h of work time on battery on my MBA.
Tech devices are not flawless, but projecting a few failures on an entire line is just lazy.
Using the same precedence, you could say Dell XPS has motherboard burnouts every month, Lenovos have nipple failures and port failures every month, Samsung catches on fire, all laptops with batteries catch on fire and so on.

>street shitting iJeet literally has to make up bullshit on the spot about other laptops
Macs are chinktrash shitheaps, that is indisputable FACT.

Laptops always kinda sucked for that reason. You can't completely modify/upgrade it in a way that you can with desktop PCs because of the ATX standard. You can't upgrade the motherboard or GPU.
Nowadays they even made most laptops completely obsolete withing a few years by soldering the components and making them non-removable.

Even Thinkpads have soldered components now.

>high-end consumer laptops are as expensive as apple
While having double the battery life of macshit.
While having double the durability of macshit.
While having double the reliability of macshit.
While having infinitely better keyboards than macshit.

Macs will likely improve without Ive's design philosophies.

The first one

look at the battery life and upgradability in reviews

I have amazon gift cards to use, $150 worth of them. The second one has a better battery life but no gpu and no ssd. The first is IPS but upgrading ram is a pain
I'm asking you guys who know better than I do

what are old thinkpads

Never buy budget trash.
Never buy budget trash.
Never buy budget trash.
Buy a used high end model like if you're being cheap. GTX 950M laptops can be had for that price.

Dinosaur laptops

So is your Lenovo chinkpad, goyim

Women. They think community college is for losers so they're fine with wasting daddy's money or collecting debt for their future husband to go straight to a four year with no scholarships.

pretty sure we've been MKULTRA into spending money on bullshit
