It's a stereogram, so called "3D image".
Cross your eyes slowly while looking at the image until there's three of them, and focus on the central one, it wil appear 3D in some parts.
Very simple, it's actually harder to explain how it works than doing it.

Just try either focusing on the center one a little bit more or move you head a little further (helps focus easier).

Fucking autumn, look straight at the double image, cross your eyes and move slowly with you head to the monitor in position between the images, then if your eyes and brain aren't fucked up because of Slavic rape baby genes you should have a "lock-on". Then you move back and fix the new middle image to experience 3D for third worlders.

The point is not to see the difference between the two, but to cross your eyes and combine the two into one, so that there are three of them, and you focus on the middle one.
