Look for one that is thick not thin, gaming laptops are feasible ever since the 1000 series were the same as desktop cards but the physics cannot be discounted, they still need room to cool. Look for a 1070 model for under a grand or thereabouts, after that even a $3000 2080 lappy is only 25% faster because muh MaxQ
