And apparently this fixed as well since I don't see the lag anymore. But it was lagging for me too. Dunno what happened but it doesn't lag anymore. I think it was lagging for me because I was downloading the sticky thread in /a/, that had like 10K posts in total, just to see what will happen.

So after this archived thread api error fixed, can we still download archived thread k1?

Why would you want to download an archived thread? No you won't be able to do this. If I were to implement this then I wouldn't be able to figure out when to stop downloading a thread since it will be in the archived state for god knows how long. I use either 404 status code or "archived" state to stop the downloading.

I thought we can use it for offline viewing later? Wasn't that the point of downloading thing?

Well, yes, once it stops downloading. Before this you can't. And there is no point since you can just view the live version of the thread.

Why is this problem? When you press download in the archived thread then it'll download the whole thing and stop immediately after it's done since it's archived. I'm not a dev so I might be missing something obvious.

Since the thread is already archived you know there won't be any new replies so you already know when to stop downloading, the number of posts to download = number of of posts in the thread.

1. Why is the UI for replies a light gray and now takes up the entire screen?
2. Why are bookmarked threads' names smaller on the sidebar?

Well, I didn't think anyone would need this so I didn't consider it while implementing this feature. Now some things will have to be rewritten for this to work.

I think K1 was doing this solely for 404 theread since it makes no sense otherwise. He didn't expect people (well, some minority anons) actually want to download a thread for offline access whether it's archived or not.

Fuck this shit. I guess that's it for me I can't fucking do anything because of my video card that keeps crashing my system every time I open literally anything that may use it (Can't even listen to music on youtube). I will never buy AMD video card ever again.
So the "API parse error" should be fixed along with the lag and couple of other bugs. I wanted to also try and implement offline thread viewing but can't because of constant crashing.
Now just wait for Cheese to merge the fixes and release them.

So this just means that he commits broken code into the development branch instead of keeping it in his own branch until it's done. I don't see the difference here.

Nice one dickcheese, but it's not the same thing. His dev builds are not even meant to be used since he releases stable versions. Every single commit he makes generates dev apk, which means that even tests on the dev branch will generate a build. Cheese on the other hand look at all commits, and when he judges it's good enough for a release, he makes a fucking release. Not to mention that he even deletes other releases so you are basically forced to always download the latest version unless you compile your own shit. He's a fucking hack.

That's not how it works. Commits are stored locally until you push them to some remote. Which means that you have to intentionally push your commits into a specific branch first and only after that the CI will be triggered and an apk will be built. So if he pushes commits into that specific branch it means that he thinks that they are good enough.
