Music often invokes feeling and emotion, feelings and emotion dull ones logic ability. Only by being truly alone, without other people, without external distractions, without internal distractions of feeling and emotion one can really start to understand and come up with advanced concepts
If you like stuff like that you should look up some old 90s rave mixes. Hours upon hours of seemingly endless drums and stabs.

When I actually hacked ( late 90s early 2000s) I listened to hardcore hiphop because having balls was most often > actual skill.
For coding dubstep was God tier in say 2010 but these days I code in silence mainly.
Squarepusher and Venetian Snares mostly. Sometimes black metal or Perfume too.
