It's a sad panda downloader script. You need html-xml-utils -- hxselect, hxnormalize, etc. You can run it with the base URL of a gallery to download it, or with --resume to resume whatever partially downloaded gallery is in the current folder. It needs a wget style cookie jar file named ehcookie.txt in your home dir. It will detect if it's downloading sad pandas and tell you to fix your cookie file.
