DUDE JUST LEARN ABOUT NETWORKING, LOW-LEVEL PROGRAMMING, WEB-DEVELOPMENT, THE HISTORY OF THE COMPUTER...

>DUDE JUST LEARN ABOUT NETWORKING, LOW-LEVEL PROGRAMMING, WEB-DEVELOPMENT, THE HISTORY OF THE COMPUTER, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, KEEP UP TO DATE ON ALL THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY, LEARN ABOUT HOW SMARTPHONES WORK, HIGH-LEVEL PROGRAMMING, HOW SOUND SYSTEMS WORK, DATA STRUCTURES, SECURITY, ALGORITMHS IT'S EASY BRO

Attached: 1564099630040.png (390x348, 125K)

It's easy for smart people.

>duhhh I can’t learn a semester worth of information why don’t I have a job

I find it pretty easy, OP.
Maybe you're pretty slow.

Attached: giggle.jpg (1437x1437, 859K)

dude, just learn about vintage computers, it'll show you how they truly work, subscribe to the 8-bit boomer, youll be a master in no time

Yes, and?

Attached: 9AA98224-AA02-4197-BD22-4DBD9D752BF7.png (420x420, 12K)

I really really wish I didn't have a low IQ.

I like this meme

>Sound systems
>Electrical engineering
wat

That is about ~10 topics, several of them very related. This is difficult for you?

Sorry not everyone is as smart as you

>learning about the history of computers requires being smart
Seriously? We are talking about reading a book, not actually picking up any skills. Have we sunk so low that "reading comprehension" is now synonymous with ingenuity?

daily reminder average fluid intellect outperforms high IQ crystalline intellect.

you can do it OP, just take one step at a time

Attached: 1563934547068.png (500x579, 116K)

Because my problem is I can't learn 1000 different topics all at once and understand them well enough to get anywhere.

How the fuck do I learn about electrical engineer, programming, security AND web development all at the same time and get anywhere? Sorry man I don't have a brain made out of rubber that can just intake all information it's given

>all at once
>all at the same
tackle them one at a time, retard
you don't just learn things in a day

if that doesn't sound like a good time, you shouldn't be a programmer in the first place.

You're pathetic

It's equally easy for everyone. It's just mind-numbingly boring and you have to either have literal autism or be high on amphetamine to bear through this ape-tier "learning". Anyone with above average intelligence can learn anything he wants.

How many times are you gonna make this fucking thread

>low-level programming?
>AND high-level programming, like, omg?!?!??!
>By the Saints, ALGORITHMS TOO?!?!?!?!?
Oh yes. 1000 completely separate and totally different topics, right there. Absolutely no one, ever, has been able to learn these. They say that tens of millions of programmers have done their work over the years, but we now have irrefutable evidence that this cannot be.

Quite honestly a lot of people that just have very little interest in computers and they just tank when it comes to learning programming.

iktf OP. The trick is to not learn about these things sequentially or as individual topics. Instead work on projects that encompass multiple fields of knowledge. This will allow you to gain exposure to them. You don't have to master the full extent of these sorts of technical topics to apply them. As you increase your exposure, you'll hopefully be able to start drawing your own connections between technical topics and understand the fundamental logic that underpins them.

Also this is why I feel a formal education in EE/CS/Math from an accredited uni is useful. Yeah I understand there's a lot of morons who graduate and don't know jackshit but that's their problem. If you actually make an attempt to learn from your classes you will actually learn how to easily approach technical topics.

just be yourself bro

Attached: 1561307842983.png (680x626, 153K)

>just learn everything there is to learn about computers bro it's easy

>BREHH JUST GET 3+ YEARS EXPERIENCE ON 15 PROGRAMMING LANGS, LIKE IT'S SO EASY TO BECOME A ""DEVOPS CHAMPION""

Yes do that

highly accurate
job interviews are like college tests except much harder, longer, and anything less than A is failing

>computers exist because of magic, since no one has ever been able to understand them

You dont need non of that shit. Just learn javascript react and node and you're employable.

as i said sorry we're not all smart like you okay?

All of this to just become a code monkey working for a Chad that got his MBA after coasting through school and getting a job through connections. Clown fucking world

>he has the incredible ability to read a book, omg he is SO smart!
It is fine, user. Some day, when genetic editing is possible, you can increase your IQ to 300, then you will also gain the ability to read a book. It is very difficult, and I personally needed to get 2 PhDs and about 25 years of experience before I was able to read a book... but I firmly believe that the day will come when we ALL will be able to read books.

>read and understand numerous books
Why do you keep downplaying it as if you just read one 200-page book and learn everything about every programming language and can basically write your own language, compiler, libraries, API's and operating system?

Are you a jew?

Imagine being a retard, but instead of accepting your retardation and living simply you keep throwing yourself at a mountain you will never climb despite it bringing you nothing but misery.
Just imagine that.

>networking
No, but getting there
>low level computing
Yes
>webdev
Yes. Easy
>history
Yes
>up to date on latest technology
No
>programming
Yes
>Algorithms
I know enough
Easy. 19

Just learn Lisp bro, everything will be easier then.

>Low level programming
>Data structures???
>High level programming????
>Webdev???!!!?!!

C, Lisp, Java, JS

There, learn these and you will master everything.

Or a lot of so called tech enthusiasts who are really interested on the latest pc that comes out, but have no real interest in programming

>lolololol if you just read one 200-page book you will learn programming lololololo
Heh, yeah about that...

>I know about conditional statements, now i totally understand how to write kernel modules in assembly!

>I need to write kernel modules in assembly!

if you know python or c++, can write conditionals, and copy and paste, you don't need to learn anymore except other language's syntax

>SICP
>C programming a modern approach
>Maybe another one for writing compilers or something
Not a lot user

Based and redpilled

BUUUUUUUUUUUUUURPPPP PICKLE RICKK

Losers always blame external factors for their own failures

Attached: FLCL_Canti.jpg (3000x3000, 1.01M)

C

Learn this and you will master everything

>The art of assembly

>YOU DON'T EVEN NEED TO KNOW MATH BRO SO EASY

>reading a book on C to program assembler

Well I found the first issue...

That fucking thing is for people who already know a language. Its in the fucking intro. If you want to learn C as a first language KN KING!

>dude just interview retards for a living lmao

Attached: 7f2cf8d3b11a719e5989f92a95e4e861.png (681x115, 44K)

segfaults your career

It's not that hard bro

Attached: bugs_not_happy.jpg (250x247, 13K)

This is hilarious
Java and Javascript borrow extremely heavily from C's syntax.

Javascript deviates further than Java, though, especially with ES6 features like lambdas. Under the hood (properly written) Javascript is basically Lisp without the shitty syntax.

So these 4 languages essentially all have huge overlaps. Lisp is the outlier but it's really reigned in by Javascript's wacky evaluation rules.

do C programming books have chapters dedicated to valgrind/asan?

Syntax doesn't matter, I placed those languages because of the ways they're used, not because of syntax. C for low level shit, Lisp for High level, Java for Backend and JS for webshit. You don't need to master them, but at least be familiar with them

IM PIKCKCKCKLELREELELE RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICKKKKKK

Lmao just do valgrind --help

As a “tech enthusiast” I merely see programming as strictly a means to an end
The process itself is the most mind numbing thing I’ve done
Good on someone if they can enjoy the process but If I don’t see my results first hand, fuck doing it

Next step is cocksucking

This. People who post on pc building or ryzen threads are absolutely fucking retarded and add no value to society whatsoever. Probably the same people that post on /v/

Hey falcon do you still do your computer tier list thing?

>MUH IQ

kys

They're all high level shit.

you're an HR cuck who assembles computers

head out of ass, please

you forgot: databases, artificial intelligence, machine learning, virtualization, design patterns, OS fundamentals, compiler construction, knowing at least 3 different languages C/C++ not included, being familiar with Linux, it's easy bro just be urself :^)

banana fana fofandy
me, my, mo mandy
RANDY

Make it part of your life, then it becomes natural to learn all of these.

I literally know a lot about all of those things thanks to 10 years lurking in Jow Forums.

>he thinks normies need to learn ANY of that to occupy an entry level position until they retire or the company goes under at which point they go leech off anther one
Meanwhile you bust your ass and do all the actual work just so the 'diverse' staff can call you an incel and crash the budget with no survivors.

>It's equally easy for everyone
Imagine actually believing this

>Thinking low IQ is someone's own failure
It's their parents' failure, user

>trannies in the back
Honk

OP uses pulse audio and can't get that turd to work

>you're an HR guy who assembles computers
Yeah, and even I know programming. Can you imagine knowing LESS than HR?

Frig off randy

It's easy for smart and dedicated people.
ftfy.

>tfw I have the IQ to learn all that but I don't have the time or capital
feelsbad

It's okay not to be a motivated intellectual user. Actually, most people are lazy and stupid and there are plenty of mindless, shitty, low paying jobs for people like you and them.

consider the following

Attached: 1562564839884.png (2048x1111, 1.68M)

I have unironically done all of this and enjoyed doing it.

These people aren't smart, they just have so much autism that coding becomes fun. If you're mentally retarded and spend 12 hours a day for 12 years learning you're going to understand more than the smart person with no interest in learning.

I miss this manga. She was best girl.
I need more good cross dressing mangas

I don't understand how anyone here can claim to have anything more than surface level knowledge of more than 2 topics listed here (The basic CS shit excluded). I doubt there is anyone here that can do non-trivial sound and security work. It's a lot more productive and useful to be an expert in a few selected topics than some useless jack-of-all-trades, master of none retard that has the urge to always say something even if he has basically no idea about the topic in question.

user here is right, gave up computers after I learned it wasn't the path for me in life. I'm still thankful for the bits of information I learned because it helps me in my everyday duties. I still venture onto Jow Forums when I need actual attuned people to the world I don't quite understand. First job was a critix engineer, wasn't for me and I retrained in a field more suited for me.

But ofc you could always say fuck this user, prove him wrong, master it all only to live a depressed life since you're doing something you don't enjoy. I retrained in Film production, I envy you boys and understand why dumb normies like me pay out the arse for your help

Hopefully you're not including board tourists like myself, /ck/ is abit slow today.

I am embedded dev for 8 years, learning howw to program and stuff since I was 12, because it is my passion.
Currently I work in IoT(low level prog, networking, PCB layout) and doing web projects as hobby. So, I have knowlege in all listed fields except sucurity.
By the way, every modern computer-related uni course includes this things, at least in Russia.

You basically just proved my point by admitting that you specialised in a field, embedded development in your case. The fields mentioned here are so broad that anyone claiming to be an expert or have working knowledge in all of them is just straight up lying.

But you said "have anything more than surface level knowledge", not "being expert"

Cope harder retard

>just have high IQ lol
Im a Neet because I have too low of an IQ

>12 hours a day
>12 years
>To learn about technology
Wtf? How retarded do you have to be

OK WELL JUST DON'T DO ANYTHING THEN

JUST DO NOTHING, THAT'S MUCH EASIER

DON'T MAKE ANY DECISIONS, BRILLIANT!

what do you mean a constantly evolving field is always changing?

You're basically saying how can I learn all of science

>dude just learn about all this topics that only have nonshit literature in english only
Being a slav is pain. Reading in english for me is like 4x more mentally exhausting than normal. Goddamn anglos

There are no good books in Russian?

I'm not russian
