Why you still on github?

whatever you say Muhammad

I never was. Wannabe Facebook garbage is not my thing.

I can share stuff with people who are just trying to improve

What does the right side of that image have to do with this?

That'll show you for trying to nuke us, goyim!
Shabbat Shalom!

I only keep a mirror there but maybe I should only keep a link to the project git

Nice issue tracker system, code backup, code sharing, ...

>US and China: Put minorities in concentration camps
>Saudis and Israel: Genocide and apartheid
>Iran: Forces women to wear hats while outside

Guys we gotta stop Iran!

It's almost like proprietary lock-in is a bad thing.

USA == Jew
what did they expect?

It's git, literally just have someone take their local copy and push to some other hosting service.

wait why are they blocking iranian accounts?

...

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_sanctions

Because USA build whole economic embargo in several countries include Iran, long short story tech companies prefer just ban whole country users.

Because I'm American.

I'm on gitgud.

You were meant to say Ali, Dumb ass

Why not simply ban Iranian IPs so that Iranian users can continue to use the site via VPNs? Why make it an account based ban?

Because I don't live in a 3rd word doo-doo hole

And if I did I'd know how to use a VPN

Is Gitlab doing this as well?

Side note: The only thing that is keeping me to go all the way to GitLab is that discovering other repos is hard / slow. And just the site feels slow to load everything.

I'm not, I'm on Azure Devops.

what other free hosting with ustom domains is there?

>centralizing your decentralized scm
ayy lmao

Can I get a quick gestalt?
Why are the sandnignogs banned?

cuz, I live in the US of A

>all the tech giants running scared of Trump
Based.

I btfo'd the same day Microsoft announce its acquisition.

US companies have to comply with US law

The communist/socialist(same thing) software people don’t understand this

Fuck Iran.

>concentration camps that people run toward
>implying apartheid was bad
>implying islam is in any way compatible with the west

see

yeah it's in git and microsoft deleted it! so much for open source software! I'm switching back to CSV

Another step in the balkanization of the internet. Sadpanda's demise is another. Remember article 13?

You should be aware that iranian islam and iraqi islam is incompatible and they hate each other. It's like catholics and protestants. They hate each other more than they hate others.

>putting your code on a chain with "unlimited" blocksize that is going to get pruned go t hell

so i have something to show to my employers when i apply for work. i also have a gitlab instance i host myself.

Why do I get the impression this post was made by a 60 year old boomer?

sorry github is a lot more than just source control
where else can I find competent, social justice minded trannies to help fix my READMEs by removing all problematic language?
checkmate bigots

This is why I self host everything and have none of my servers in the US. I use Flokinet with a server in Romania.

fair enough. americans can do what they want with the stuff they own. guess i'll just use my own then.

i prefer gitlab

Attached: c.jpg (1080x1331, 97K)

Because people still haven't moved all their stuff over to GitLab.
And fuck your pretentious blockchain bullshit too.

gitlab.com is slow-ish
self hosted stuff is fast as fuck (given enough resources) as it's not used by hundreds of thousands people

i just made github acc a secondary mirror; push there once in a while, keep all work (issues, milestones, etc..) on gitlab - best of both worlds

Based Microsoft keeping it clean and away from subhuman monkeys.

This has nothing to do with religions though. Iranians and Afghans have always hated all the Arabs since they seem them as Semites while they themselves are the sole left Aryans worldwide outside of Europe

Github banned the accounts, not the IPs, Idiot!

github - the open source community of the Earth, except if you come from countries that the USA and their masters do not like

Now that's the face of a defeated man.

usa is a 3rd world country

>I don't live in a 3rd word doo-doo hole
If you live in the US I have bad news for you.

Seething

I have contributions to projects there so need to keep my own shit there too to show off to employers in one place. Is there a way to show github contributions on gitlab I'm not aware of?

Github is NOT free software.
You hosted your code to another country's server and you DIDN'T READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Also git is git (is already a full copy of the repo), you should have the git repos somewhere offline, and if you don't have them offline, then it's your fucking problem. It sucks I know, but you should know better.

There are other services to hosting git code online, more than 20 I'd say. And you can even host your own open source git server, to a server of your choice. Rent online/own server at your house.

>tl;dr
You did not read/accept the terms of service, and when github did something within the law boundaries, you started crying and complaining, like a little cry baby child.

Grow the fuck up. You are not entitled to the world, and the world owes you shit.

>i can't download my copy from github
wow, it's a good thing he is using a distributed version control system or this could be bad

my country is not on usa sanction list but I am still a sandnigga am I still fucked?
I am from pakistan

youre fine

Yes please do the needful and remove yourself immediately before we carpet bomb your mom's hole thanks

are you indian?

>Why you still on github?
Exposure.
I don't like to use social media to engage in political stuff anyway, that's not what it is made for.

Good, fuck Iran, give us our oil ship back.

i got off that shitty site the minute they become sjws

Fuck this I'm out.

Is gitlab a valid alternative.

yes

>now we see the problems with it
everyone is useful! even the useless ones!

Don't blow your stack, Saeed.

bye terrorists you will not be missed
