It's hard to be creative when hardware is making your neck, hands, eyes and head hurt after 2 minutes of use, all mechanical parts literally fall apart and development environment so ridden with bugs you spend 2/3 of your worktime trying to get it work.
And don't even get me started of time viewfield that looks like old Nokia phone screen hanging 50cm in front of your face, that can't even fit system keyboard.
