Most dentists should offer it, it's a one off fee of £200 for them to take a mould of your teeth and then you can just get the bleach top-ups for maybe £60 for 18 months' worth. I guess it depends how yellow your teeth are, I only needed one syringe and the (Novon) pack had 4.

You do it at night, it doesn't affect you as much as you would think. The mould is tight to the teeth, so nothing leaks out.

Also I just used some charcoal powder on my teeth, I actually was pretty happy with how my teeth looked after brushing, but I want it better. I'd say it looked a 7/10 in terms of cleaness/whiteness.

Oh, I've heard of that, but never tried it. Charcoal's advertised for everything now, so I can't tell how much it's good for.

Hmm well I'd say it is mainly known for teeth whitening, plus it's cheap which makes it even better.
Hope my whitening improves even more!

You might not need to bother with the professional treatment anyway then.

But I'd say it's mainly known for filtration, I also hear about it a lot for skin.

I hope not if I can fix it for a tiny fraction of the cost and with professional teeth whitening they only last about 3years max, whereas brushing with natural products will last a lifetime if you do it right.
