because Intel doesnt have CCX problems with thread scheduling/IO scheduling/DPC latency processing. you can jerk off to same FPS as Intel but theres a very good reason there are no DPC/IRQ/I/O latency measurements against 9900k, its because Zen 2 is dogshit at it and your INPUT will stutter hard due to windows thread scheduler as well as DPC scheduling issues across CCX
