His ears are pulled back and his eyes look very glossy and stressed out
stressed out is a bad way to describe it, It is more like timid. I new a dog that suffered abuse and it looked timid, they have a latent fear of people that dosen't go away
I hate dogs
- offer water in a bowl like 4cm deep
- can offer some lean chicken, no skin and the blander the better
- bring to a vet to see if dog is chipped , as said above you may well have rescued him from a thief
- if not, you just earned a devoted companion for life
