I've bought mine there, it comes with a one year guarantee and the physical defects are far from being an issue.
If you need windows, you'll have to pay extra or install it yourself, they come with Ubuntu installed.

You can get a pinebook pro for ~100€ if you don't mind using Linux, but I guess that's fine since you are on Jow Forums.
If not, there are always virtual machines and wine for Windows apps

Buy a used ThinkPad you won't get anywhere with 200€ if you buy new

I own a Thinkpad X230 and I can recommend it, but even better laptop would be the X220 which I would also like to own. If you're typing a lot with your laptop you will love that keyboard so much that it ruins all the other laptops for you forever. Try to get one with an IPS panel if possible, or install it yourself after.
