looks like shit faggot

Distros are a social construct, just install a wm and they're basically all the same

your wasted time differs

> Ubuntu
> Peak linux
fuck off, clueless faggotshill. Ubuntu is the meme of linux distros.

Peak linux was red hat linux when it wasn't a product you had to pay for

DO NOT FEED THIS
TROLL

>Red Hat
>Pay for
News flash faggot, you pay for the support, not the OS. I just downloaded RHEL 8 for free and running it on a test box. Its going well because I have a brain that I use and not a dried up cum sock in my skull.

Cinnamon Mint:
>It's like a good ubuntu.

enjoy having to build everything

Just use CentOS or Fedora you munchkin. And as has already been pointed out - you pay nothing to download, install and run the os - it's the support you pay for.

Let's just remember this about ubuntu shall we

I don't think "old" means what you think it means. Ubuntu doesn't even ship a 32 bit release any more.

Ubuntu sells youre data. I prefer Debian to ubuntu. Ubuntu is badically debian but with spyware built in. But overall i prefer Gentoo.

>Peak Linux.
Yet I don't see Debian...

Nor a PowerPC version.

for me, its lubuntu

>2012 MacBook pro (physically an incredible machine, better than dirty Chinese plastic thinkpads)
>Buy bigger sad
>Go to install latest Ubuntu to setup my 3 OSs
>WiFi doesn't work
>Can't access any journaled Mac partitions without 20 esoteric terminal commands

2019 will surely be the year of the Linux desktop

someone post that one bug report where one guy wanted ads in the terminal

is this post a joke?

Debian and apt are pretty sweet, but I'm still going to stick with Gentoo.

Post pape

this is gnome, unity is much better

Ubuntu is always my fallback OS for getting shit done when Windows decides to shit the bed or I need real quick on the go recovery/boot sticks. I've never had a single system it wouldn't boot from other than when I was recovering data on an ancient system that didn't support USB booting. I then made a boot disc with Ubuntu and while slow, it worked fantastic.

>Steam
How well does it work on there? I've been curious about that.

>steam
grow up,dude :)

I got into Ubuntu a while ago but now I feel like I want to move to something different. I'm thinking of either Debian or Manjaro.

I'd recommend xubuntu or MX Linux

MX Linux is peak linux

Pop!_OS with a few tweaks is pretty good
