How fucked am I if I have Tmobile as my carrier when I bought the RN7 global? I've seen everywhere that Xiaomi is pretty much the worst chink brand for Tmobile LTE

CHINKED

Is the s10e (HK version) a good device? I need a new phone to last me 3-4 years

What my best phone options for T-mobile carrier in the US?

Budget: 275 usd or lower.
Features: dual sim card, micro SD slot, headphone jack, and easy to root.
Size: 5.5 in or more

I don't care about the camera. I just want a phone that can multitask well and maybe play games decently well. T-mobile is tricky to figure out.

yeah sure, fuck 3 years though

Don't worry, it'll be fine

Moto G7 Power

Tell about the Pocophone. Is it future safe with its LOS support? Are you happy with yours running LOS?

Is there any non-root way to make my phone's notification led be constantly on instead of slowly pulsing? Using a redmi note 5.

Pocophone F1
No
Yes. Highend hardware from 2018 is better than midrange hardware from 2019 or probably even 2020.

Assmi Node SEv3n

What to buy for someone who cares not for flagship but also oscillates between bargain and mid-range? I'm considering G7 plus for camera, but also not ruling out RN7 or even nokia 6 or 7.1.

Right now nokia 6.1 for sub $200AUD is looking like good value, G7 plus for $418 also. HW mate 20 for $699 in the running as is zenmate 6 (preorder).

>Pocophone
Doesn't even work on T-Mobile, retard

Redmi K20 Pro

>(You)
I have an S5 on it's last legs if that helps in the suggestion offering.

Is the Mi 9 worth buying if I have an Xeria XZ1 compact?
My only issue is the unreliable GPS.

at $637 is now on the list, thanks.

>637 dollaroos
~$430USD
Yikes

Two more days until i can unlock my remdi note 7.
Boy oh boy, time sure flies like a crippled potato penguin when you are forced to use piece of shit bloat miui.

I'll consider it

Pico only has one band for T-mobile. Not gonna gamble with that.

Redmi isn't easy to root. I have a Redmi currently.

I was looking at this phone but it has such a meme name.

kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-realme-3-pro-global

What do you think boys?

Can anyone else check how much their note 9 is worth for trade-in?
My 128gig only shows up at 180usd with the 100usd bonus included. Max is 570ish.
No damage etc of course.

Exynos or SD?
Which country?
I'm assuming burger so you should get at least $400 for it.

You'll be steamrolled over by the PLA before that

Exynos, Sweden. My note 8 trade-in for the note 9 gave max returns.

>even samsung is dropping the headphone jack
>also put an even uglier hole in the Note 10

anyone have experience with compiling lineage for a new devices?
i just ordered 7a how hard will it be for me to compile for it.
here i found kernel source github.com/MiCode/Xiaomi_Kernel_OpenSource/tree/pine-p-oss
any tips?

You people keep buying smartphones without a headphone jack. It's your fault desu.

I can get the Xiaomi Mi 9T for 299€ right now from a big seller in my own country (so if something doesnt work i have warranty)
should i do it? still rocking my Galaxy S7 but the battery is getting really bad

Attached: makes_dubu_think.jpg (595x639, 31K)

Speak for yourself, I've done nothing to keep this garbage going. I guess I'm never getting a new phone though.

>I was told... PC's with more RAM is a maymay.
You were misinformed bro.

You know Samsung is a gook company, right?

>Samshit cameras
>good
Top fucking kek. If you want a good phone camera you go for Huawei.

Asus ROG Phone 2.

Maybe buy an S10e off ebay.

yes, do it, you won't regret

Depends on what that someone actually uses the phone for, but the default recommendations are Pocophone F1 and Redmi Note 7

Asus ROG Phone 2

Are you fucked? Samshit cameras are top 5, always have been. Their low light performance is second only to Huawei now, they beat Pixels soundly. kys

>Asus ROG Phone 2
If not for the ridiculously gaudy design, maybe.

Sure bro, it's in my hands to shape the market trends.

>second to Huawei
If it's not first it doesn't matter to someone who only wants the best camera. To them it might as well be the worst simply because it isn't the best. After all, second place is just the first loser.

top 5 isn't good enough. The best phone cameras are found in Pixel, Huawei and iPhones, Samsung just can't compete.

Just use a case.

so i have a S9, should i upgrade to Note 10 or wait for S11?

Attached: 125531242643521512.jpg (481x501, 18K)

iPhone cameras are terrible for their price. Can't even into low light

Pixels have shit cameras with lenses from 2012. Don't presume to talk about stuff you know nothing about.

>just cover it in gross cheap plastic
Not that glass is much better, but no thanks.

Pixel 3 is still widely considered to have the best overall camera in any smartphone.

So I got 3 choices:

Redmi Note 7
>Pretty cheap for the specs
>Everyone seems to masturbate over it
>No AMOLED or really stable ROMs out there by the looks of it

Redmi Note 7 Pro
>Little bit more expensive
>Better specs of course
>Has official LineageOS support
>Have to order it from china and wait
>Still no AMOLED

Mi9SE
>More appropriate size for a piece of shit manlet like me
>AMOLED
>Better specs
>Not a big fan of on screen FP sensors
>A bit over my current budget
>Not so sure about custom ROM support
>No notification LED
>No headphone jack

Any alternatives to these? For me decent ROM support (as in stable clean android, well away from MIUI and not suffering from weird bugs) is the real deal as what I notice is that many phones these days have decent specs but awful software. AMOLED to me has been better and it's hard to go back to LCD but I'm willing to sacrifice that one.

Suit yourself. In the near future no one will give a second look at their appearance because it'll be a well known fact that if you want a high end phone with a 3.5mm jack, your only choice is a gaming phone.

Mi9T or K20 Pro

are there any phones with front + back camera on a pop-up ?

>want to see note 10 video fake DoF
>search on youtube

Absolutely fucking disgusting how filled youtube is with poos and dindus farming views of useless videos and horrible thumbnails.

How did this become a thing?

Where do you live and what do you use your phone for?

No. Galaxy A80 and Zenfone 6 are the closest, but those just use the same camera for front and back.

Some dude gave me Galaxy J5 2015 for free. It's ok for a free phone, but is it normal that it heats like fucking hell? Snapdragon 400/410 shouldn't be this hot isn't it? CPU-Z states it can get over 55ºC under load. I have already done a factory reset so there's nothing suspicious installed.

what's the custom ROM support like for the redmi note 7? i'm curious about getting it because it seems to tick all boxes and doesn't have many compromises

That's way over my budget

Not much other than browsing, reading stuff and some social media. Spain.

>way over my budget
Mi9T is pretty much the same price as Mi9 SE isn't it?
kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-xiaomi-mi-9t
kimovil.com/en/where-to-buy-xiaomi-mi-9-se

lmao faggot Samsung destroys iShit, and destroys Pixlels in low light, a feature Google always love to shill
Huawei isn't worth considering due to the ultra chinked locked down brutal commie OS, Google phones are utter shit so really, Samsung is the only choice.
S11 will be a big, big improvement
wait for it.

Manolo no seas rata que el mi9se cuesta lo mismo

lmao, what a delusional samshit fanboy you are.

You're right, dunno why I was under the impression it was more expensive

I wanted a new high-end flagship phone this year to replace my galaxy S8+. I'm not at all impressed with the Note 10 given its price. It's barely an improvement over the S10.

Any OnePlus 7 Pro owners here? How satisfied are you with the phone? Stupid question, but does OnePlus have a cloud/backup alternative to Samsung/iCloud?

just check the pajeet forums for it

>Huawei isn't worth considering due to the ultra chinked locked down brutal commie OS
>he doesn't know how to root his phone
Top jej

how? by paying some shady chink to VNC into your toaster and install malware when he says he's rooting your Huagay?

No it isn't, retard. Who told you that?

what options are there for people who want oneplus-like phones (with near-stock android) at original oneplus prices? they're too expensive now and don't even feature headphone jacks

Dunno, I wish the OP5 was still on sale desu. It looked great and had also great hardware.

>Who told you that?
People who actually know their shit.
dpreview.com/articles/1427053053/best-smartphone-cameras-2019

Xiaomi + custom ROM

>Pre-order Zenfone 6 at US launch
>Give them my $500 fucking dollars
>Backordered indefinitely

ASUSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!
YOU CAN'T TREAT US BURGERS LIKE THISSSSSSSSSS!

Attached: 1523730843723.png (425x686, 387K)

i prefer lcd over amoled/oled but why in the world is the zenfone more expensive than the damn k20

if you're using a smartphone camera do you really need "the best"? are you not already compromising image quality by not using a dedicated camera? i'm not a photographer, but it just seems a bit silly to me. i'm not too concerned about how good my pictures look, but rather that i managed to capture the moment well enough

Zenfone 6 muh dude

I want a not too big LOS phone, is the google pixel 1 my only realistic choice atm? There are some older models I think but they date back quite a bit like the S4.

What do you plan to do to it once it's unlocked?

But should that user spring extra for the pro model?
(different user, exact same dilemma)

WHat's the best adblocker that doesn't require root?

I get pissed when i see friends and family listening to ads all fucking day, i don't know why anyone even wants a phone.

blokada

so let me get this straight

I have to pay $560 USD for a pixel 3a xl which comes with a 1080p screen, 4gb of ram and it doesn't have a memory card reader?

and this is a """"""""midrange"""""""" phone? $560? midrange? what the fuck happened to smartphones in the last 5 years? $560 would get you a flagship in 2014

wtf did i miss?

Attached: poo.png (893x2122, 803K)

You missed Xiaomi becoing the undisputed king of midrange.

he doesn't know

Well the Mi9T Pro doesn't exist yet. K20 Pro is the same phone hardware-wise, but since it's intended for Indian and Chinese markets it comes with less 4G bands:
kimovil.com/en/frequency-checker/DE/xiaomi-redmi-855

If the bands aren't an issue just get the K20 Pro, otherwise get the Mi9T or wait for Mi9T Pro.

>wtf did i miss?
Pixel phones aren't meant for stinky pajeets like you. In the US the 3a XL starts at $379.

gay

Elephone U2 Pro but it's a no-name chink phone and doesn't seem to exist.

>note s10 released
>just wait for the s11 it'll be better
>s11 released
>just wait for the s12 it'll be bedder promis

Speaking of which, when is the successor to RN7 coming?

SD660 seems anemic compared to the 675, 710, 730s coming out.

soon
gadgets.ndtv.com/mobiles/news/redmi-note-8-m1906gt-lu-weibing-miit-listing-reports-2080708

Soon, bro. Soon.
basedacincau.com/2019/08/08/xiaomi-mi-9t-pro-malaysia-coming-soon/

>Mediatek

I hope that OnePlus 9 Pro will have a 5G modem in the basic version.
Otherwise, I do not know what to change my 6T for.

It isn't confirmed yet that the Redmi gaming phone with Mediatek is Redmi Note 8, they could be different phones.

there's a pro version of the note 7.
maybe the non-pro note 8 will use MediaKek

Is nokia 4.2 a good phone? don't care about gayming and really like pure android without bloatware.
Also i don't if its the right place to ask, what is the best tablet with NFC? want to use it as kiosk.

and?

Attached: Screenshot_Bromite_20190730-170255.png (1128x2048, 701K)

For the moment they are selling on eBay at about $425, I plan on keeping an eye on that these coming days

>what is the best tablet with NFC? want to use it as kiosk.
probably the Galaxy Tab S5e

That's not much of a consolation if the Pro model remains stuck in pajeetland again.

Tabletfags heed my call, I know there are dozens literally dozens of you
if I want a text reading, manga reading and animu watching tablet which is best the 4:3 tab s3 or one of the many 16:10 ones like s4/5e?
I'm only considering the dongleshit because I plan to leave it in one place but goddam does it piss me off that they pull this shit on motherfucking giant tablets
