The whole family is here

Attached: 1565411040597.jpg (1500x2000, 2.06M)

The andros arent that neutral tho, depending on the source they can be too piercing on the highs.
Try stuff like the Massdrop Plus

Is it even worth to buy $500 iems if i don't have a dac/amp?

No

Dac/amps doesnt matter much for iems.
A recent phone is more than enough, or even the $100 ES100.

The new Andros looks so sexy, if only I had the money for it

Attached: Gold Andro.jpg (1400x1400, 44K)

head-fi.org/showcase/jays-m-seven-true-wireless.23797/reviews thoughts?

TFZ No. 3 or save for KXXS

>TFZ No. 3
looks pretty good, heard a little bad stuff about TFZ build quality, are they well built? Besides that looks like what I need, the T2's treble was a little too much in some songs and I wanted a bit more bass so the TFZ No 3's look pretty decent. I would save up for the KXXS's but massdrop has mega slow shipping to my country for some reason, also don't wanna spend more on these than my HD58X's that I have at home.

Don't listen to that dumbass. No 3 is a fat V shape. It has just as much treble as the T2. KXXS is a better fit. Also don't buy on massdrop unless you are a burger. Get them on ali or something.

Is it okay to buy kxxs from aliexpress?

i thought the kxxs was only on massdrop?

Also, is there anything cheaper than that? don't want to spend more than $150 tops.

KXXS is an improved kanas pro. You could just get that. It's around 150$. Or get ikko OH1 meteor.

is there a difference between the Ikko OH1 and the Meteor version? I can't see anything about the meteor version online...

oh wait do you mean the one that has a "meteor" style casing as some sites describe it?

Is it normal to hear one's arteries when wearing headphones/iems?(anything that creates the seal required for isolation)
It sounds like a big meaty "throb" in my right ear at roughly the same frequency as my pulse.

Attached: linusmeme.jpg (680x680, 45K)

It's the full name.

It normal but it shouldn't sound THAT intense. Try to look for vents on the earpieces and make sure that they aren't clogged.

Thank you user!

Did the KXXS come with a filter preattached? Are filters needed?

It doesn't have any kind of removable tuning filters. Don't need any.

The hong kong airport strikes might have something to do with this.

What are theese in the pic called?

Campfire Audio Andromeda
Based. Fuck chinks.

Any good USB C iem you guys recommend?

Any good iem + usb c cable oe usb c dongle dac.

Attached: 1562340552854g.gif (432x498, 1.26M)

Goddamn these toho bossa nova stuff is maximum comfy stuff. Unfortunately there are so few on nyaa.

Attached: cover.jpg (500x500, 98K)

What's that player? I'm looking to buy a setup of player + IEMs and yours seems nice.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just found the photo somewhere but it looks like the Sony NW-A55.

Opinion on those kz? please user

Bass has a deep impact, however, is boomy and does interfere with the mids. Highs are a little too harsh, I cannot push past certain volumes in those without the highs becoming penetrating. Cable is sturdy, but gets tangled with ease.
Good as a first set of IEM's, specially for the price.

Is it possible for IEM's to sound as good as real headphones?

Attached: 1563688331080.jpg (592x512, 46K)

Kzs10 right?

KZ ZS10, yes.

Kilobuck ones does

Do you think its an "upgrade" from the zsn ?

Not too much. Id save for a T3. Way better overall sound, still V shaped, but way less agressive.

thank you user

Thoughts on the Semkarch skc cnt1?

I'll never stop using my SE215s.

planning on a pair desu. apparently the retuning isn't too bad

Is there anything better than the Etymotic ER4 in the same pricerange?

They are all made by Shibayan records, check their discographies.

No, and good headphones will always sound like shit to great speakers.

What are the best true wireless IEMs around $150?

Sony turned out a great pair for these as a portable source.

Attached: solaris+zx300 .jpg (4032x3024, 1.9M)

gimme good IEM for ~$30

Are the Sony MH755 actually good?

it came with tweezers and a 6pack of filters.

Those are for replacement, if your filters get damaged by moisture or anything.

I doubt they can't top 10 bucks junk.

did the kxxs come with anything attached? I put the filters on immediately upon receiving. Did I accidentally double up or anything?

Just how bassy is SE215? I have their predecessor, SE210, and they're definitely bassy but not overwhelmingly so. But the 215 was a complete redesign - 210 was a BA with Knowles green damper and 215 is a dynamic driver.

IEMs, hands down

anything that doesn't have crazy highs, i'm super sensitive to those on higher volumes
>Past Gear
Shure SE315 are like the first "proper" IEMs I've had, before that it was usually no-name 5 euro garbage

I do like my SE315 but I'm just wondering how an "upgrade path" in the future would look like if that makes any sense

The bass doesn't overwhelm anything else but it is very present.

there isn't one.

I dont know about that, apparently the restocking fee is 20% for Campfire. That's 260 dollars extra if you want to return them

not 30$ but your best bet are Tin T2. trust me, you're going to want to spend that extra money, even if just for the sake of longevity, as i've found that cheaper IEMs without MMCX connectors have a tendency to die pretty quickly for myself.

Pretty much in line with the usual Shure sound then - dark but in a balanced way.

Thanks user I'll check it out

Sony MH755

A bit ovee budget but Massdrop Plus or Etymotic ER4/ER3/ER2

>Massdrop Plus
these seem rather fancy... i'll have a closer look at them. i'm sure i'll be able to cough up the extra 100 bucks somehow. thank you

They are the only highly rated iems I know that has rolled off trebles, be weary of their reported sub par build quality tho, and coming from massdrop it will really be hard to try them out unless you know someone who has them.

which price should I go for a decent one
$100?

the tin t2 are really fucking good for being 60$ IEMs. i'd say grab those

there on massdrop rn for 35 if your in US free shipping

Are the IKKO OH1 a decent upgrade over the Tin T2's?

Verdict on the WF-1000XM3's?

best portable dac + amp under $100?

Topping NX4 DSD
FiiO Q1 Mk2

I have a pair from the original drop batch (the same pair that Zeos reviewed, actually) and they've held up just fine.
The restocking fee is only if you've damaged them or return them with something missing; if you return them within the 30 days in like-new condition, you'll get your full refund. I returned the IO after a week of really trying to like them, and I got all of my bux back.
Ikko OH1 is what the doctor ordered.

What's this thread for anyways. All I see cool looking ear buds and idols

Attached: 1565426190099.png (870x720, 918K)

The OH1 is a different headphone than the T2; much more "fun" sound, more pronounced subbass and soundstage with slightly scooped mids. Would be a better IEM for EDM, Hip-Hip or Weeb music for sure.

If you're treble-sensitive, you may want to consider something like second-hand Campfire Audio Novas. They're rolled off really early in the treble, and have a super-comfy sound with well-extended yet flat bass. Just take a look at this FR.

Attached: Campfireaudio_NovaFreq.jpg (900x345, 55K)

Eehh I'm looking for something better for prog rock and electronic stuff.

Let me clarify, it's still a good all-rounder, it's just not the same sound signature. Personally, I still love it for Alan Parsons and Dire Straights and the like, just saying that it shines best with anything that gives the bottom octave a real workout.

Is the TFZ King Pro any good? Crinacle gives it a B rating.

>7 drivers with no crossover

Ken Ball is fucking genius holy shit

They are god tier.

Thoughts on the etymotic er3xr if isolation is what you want and you listen to mainly prog rock and electronic music? Or is there something better for a similar price?

Andromeda Gold ships in 9 days, just save up for that.

That's like $1200 isn't it? Pls be joking lol.

You can't come up with 1k in 9 days? Pls be joking lol.

I know right?

where do i buy anime iems

Can you guys recommend me decent wireless iems around 20$? I was thinking airdots but people are saying they have shit sound quality. A friend has a pair of haylou gt1s and likes them alot but im kinda sceptical.

Love my Tin T2's but need a lil more isolation, would putting some double flange tips on them help much?

Which tips on the TINs?
