Please do the needful and delete this racism sir.
please sir
sir please do not make fun of my brother rajesh he is very talented software engineer
Is every indian / paskistani / bangladesh brother or cousin or something?
I'm Pakistani but born and raised in America. In Pakistan we call everyone older than us (and male) uncle, while we call everyone older than us (and female) auntie. We call our peers bhaii which means brother.
I'm not sure why kindly doing the needful is such a popular phrase used by us brown people though... But I don't blame them. When everyone around you speaks broken English, you would think it's a normal way to speak.
Congrats OP, you made it.
"do the needful" is charming.
using "revert" instead of "reply" is mildly annoying.
"hi. " is when the suffering begins.
is this why indian porn has auntie in the title so much?
Its the standard form of respect every other country has. In Europe, the term was "brothers and sisters" and its still used in religious settings today but much more so in the past. Brothers/sisters are also used heavily in every asian culture from China to Japan to Mongolia to Korea to India to middle east to africa to europe. We even have memes like "Broski" or "bro" in our current culture.
your family tree is a family vine when you zoom out, after all, separating and reconnecting to itself over and over again, and with lots of the same ancestors found on different 'branches' of the 'tree' as you go farther back. Do the math: there otherwise aren't enough ancient humans to fill all the slots the tree would have to have.
so this is easy to understand.
benefactor, please now explain the 'benefactor' term of address.
Its not about family, its about closeness of a culture/society. America is a new continent/country and because its such a large space and the feeling of "closeness" is lost. Our society is also designed for long distance as well.
Do the needful is not charming. Often, it's impossible to tell what the fuck they're talking about. They mean "do the thing we talked about already" but most of the time they use it without ACTUALLY understanding what needs to be done, and they're really just trying to get you to figure it all out on your own because they're incompetent.
God I hate working with Indians so much.
>please kindly understand the same
Hurry and withoutdelay do the needful sirs
>FAANG
shitty software?
dear kind sirs
hello i stumbled upon this website while i need help
please help where to kindly get copy of windows xp with all drivers and no virus?
sincerely, abraj
sir, thanks you kindly for the explanation
>hired at FAANG
How? Are you a wizard at designing algorithms?
> do the neeedful
> please revert
> kindly action quickly
Every time I read "do the needful" it gets changed by "take a shit" in my mind
It gets hard to work sometimes
So do the needful bitch what the everloving fuck are you waiting for?
>"do the needful" is charming.
not really, it's understandable, but native speakers don't use "needful", it's very old fashioned
>using "revert" instead of "reply" is mildly annoying.
i've never heard that one before, which is just as well, since that doesn't make sense
It's literally true. There's another one of their favorite phrases. "Let's do one thing"
It wouldn't be a stereotype if there wasn't science to back it up.
do milk
>I'm not sure why kindly doing the needful is such a popular phrase used by us brown people though... But I don't blame them. When everyone around you speaks broken English, you would think it's a normal way to speak.
technically speaking "kindly do the needful" isn't actually broken english, the spelling and grammar are valid, it just comes off as archaic
"needful" is so rare, it wouldn't surprise me if people don't even know it's a real word
my guess is that they believe they're being more professional sounding versus saying something like "you know what you need to do", "get it done", or simply "do it"
please understand
sir thank kindly for the nedfull.
>In Pakistan we call everyone older than us (and male) uncle, while we call everyone older than us (and female) auntie.
Why does every non-white culture do this? Actually, even poorfag whites in the UK do this with family friends. What is this about?
Truth is present in this message.
You must be retarded as the indian to call yourself a """""""software engineer""""""",
it's called respecting the elderly I believe.
Am yuropoor, can confirm that people living in the country used to call eachother uncle and aunt as well. It's bretty archaic tho.
Mods sirs why is this thread not deleted till date? Please do the needful and delete this racist thread today itself.
They're called a 'resource'. Literally whenever project managers talk about the indian programmers they employ they're just resources.
Want to work on getting hired together?
he probably said he's a woman on his CV
>actually stating clearly which set of steps "doing the needful" involves
fake, never would happen in a real e-mail
what's wrong with it? white people are just disrespectful
> They're
It may be a shocker, but HR is "human resources". So what you're saying isn't limited to Indians.
Lol, white people build the current civilization. Be humble, nigger
all employees are resources, including you
they are 1 billion inbred
Even the Chinese do it. It gives a family feeling to everyone, even strangers.
SIR this is vry disripctful to Rajesh. I hav reported u to Humans Reources for rasism.
thak u pajet bhaii for to doig the needful
Indians and not Indians are both called resources in case you didn't know.
I'm from the UK and can confirm that Pakistani and by extension India have a seriously bad habit of having first-cousin marriages.
>While only 15 per cent of the population in Bradford is of Pakistani origin, an estimated 55 per cent are married to their first cousins.
>Although British parents of Pakistani origin account for 3.4 per cent of all births nationwide, they also account for around 30 per cent of children born with recessive gene disorders.
