98.5% of the time!? That's better than I get for js recaptcha, and I'm not a robot. You must be letting google track you and using Chrome. Recaptcha v3 is meant to be easy for non-suspicious usage patterns. Try to make it fill out a ton of captchas and suddenly you'll be failing a lot.

Just use Buster: Captcha Solver for Humans works on any captcha which has audio. Only takes 1-2sec

Literally just write a script to refresh the captcha like 10000 times and grab the images

The increased accuracy probably comes from other methods to avoid classifying the images (but even so, my classifiers are doing far better than 60%). I have undergrad comp sci, of which a few units were in ML / Linear Algebra.

Yes, they absolutely do. You can probably bypass by user agent though. I was solving captchas legitimately, but a lot of them, and they started timing out. Changing the user agent fixed this. Maybe if you scrape in a really crazy fashion they'll ban you by IP though, idk.
Google is almost like a utility at this point so they're very careful about banning people. Giving people ridiculously hard captchas is their alternative to banning people.

And here's another idea, use a bunch of different ones and compare the outputs.

If op is claiming 98% accuracy, it means you could generate unlimited training data with that percentage.
But if you train a very different model to the one you are using to classify and get 100% percent accuracy on that data (which is actually 98% percent on the real data), perhaps you can push the extra 2% with different methods or actual 100% accuracy training set on the new model.

I don't understand the theory of ML or neural networks, but when captcha tells you to find the crosswalks, you know that exactly 3/4 of the images will have a crosswalk. Can you use this information to train your network? At least for the first phase or something, after that you would just improve the model you've built.
