What do you take to increase mental capacity? Is there something like Limitless or just coffee?

I masturbate to 2D japanese drawings

Watch videos on how smart people behave and imitate them.

so there is nothing to take to make you a machine? not even coffee? I drink it but I just end up fapping to porn

Anything you've adopted that you would recommend? Who do you learn from?

You don't like fiction or there's a reason for that?

Adjust glasses and make snarky remarks at peons so they know their place.

programming socks

Meditation is literally the Limitless drug IRL, except it takes a lot of effort at first

yes by not working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, then saying no to overtime

LSD

Nah, I don't like fiction. Besides I like the feeling that I'm learning something new instead of just getting entertained.

Coffee with vodka is the most effective performance enhancer that doesn't need prescription. Both are proven to increase focus and productivity.

good sleep each night
physical exercise
spending at leas 1 hour outside daily

A week long break from Jow Forums.

Eat cum
Turn sperm cells into brain cells

Ritalin

I'll add
take short breaks ever 1-1.5 hours
don't do extra hours often
relax each weekend, don't run around like a drone
have vacations (for rest!) at least 2-3 times a year

cocaine
everyday

philosophag

Not him but eat well, sleep 7-8hrs a night and workout. Not living a lifestyle that allows you this means you need to change your life style. If you do this you're already ahead of 90% of the human garbage on this earth.

Jew pills.

I think mental capacity is a pretty meaningless abstraction. What specifically are you trying to accomplish?

since no one answered you, Napoleon Hill. Learn law of attraction, find your strenghts. Be proud of your strengths

Fucking russian bots in every single thread.

>What do you take to increase mental capacity?

Machines are dumb.

It is actually traditional Finnish sunday breakfast.

water

LSD once in a while.

I used to fuck around with different nootropics and developed depression. I'm not sure if it was me taking a few different types, or my strong desire to improve. I also wasn't sleeping that well. But just like what said, sleeping 8 hours per night changed my life. It makes such a big difference. The real limitless drug is sleep, plenty of water and journaling (to keep the anxious thoughts at bay).

I sleep 10 hours a day and still feel like shit.

>but how do I get into meditation?
just stop thinking lmao

that's too much. get 8 hours MAX. Also, sleep isn't what you think it is - If you get into bed at midnight and wake up at 8, that is not 8 hours of sleep. You aren't really sleep until about 30 minutes into your slumber, and the average person wakes up about 10-20 times per night (slight movements, etc). That 8 hours turns into 6.5 hours (sleep deprived). I bought a fitbit and started tracking my sleep, and I'm the most productive I've ever been. You can get them for $17 on Ebay. I recommend them if you want to get into sleep tracking. Proper sleep tracking all but cured my depression, for example. Good luck, user.

How did tracking your sleep help? Did you just start going to bed 2 hpurs earlier to get the full 8?
If so, do you even have any spare time after working, making food, and doing chores?

meth

focalin helps me with programming. Although i take it everyday now so the effects aren't as profound. I take a break on the weekend

not as much as adderall did. Adderall kind of had this 'I can literally do anything' type feeling, focalin doesn't have that as much just really good for focus.

I don't drink coffee anymore because the synergy is too much and I get nervous.

It put my sleep into perspective. It's so easy to not realize how, or WHY you feel like shit. What sleep tracking did for me was give me more perspective. For example: If I feel like shit at 1pm, I can ask myself "Why do I feel like shit?". I can then go check how many hours of sleep I got that night.

If you feel GREAT on a certain day, you can go look and see how much you slept. Personally, I have been tired today, and I went to my Fitbit Dashboard and saw pic related. At first I thought it was because I have been fapping nonstop. This matters because it stops me from attributing external variables to my tiredness, etc. People like us overthink a lot, and tracking sleep gives me closure. My 10+ theories on why I was tired went out the window, and I felt calmer.

also sleep, 8 hours, avoiding drinking more than 1 or 2 beers during the week, eating.

I try my best to go to sleep by 9 or 9:30 and usually wake up at like 5:30 or 6.

running helps too, I just am sometimes not in the mood, or am too tired after a long day at work

Sleep and coffee.

I stay away from dopaminergics (adderal and the like)

this

take it sublingually dissolved in an alcohol solution for real big brain results

Tobacco

Had chronic fatigue. This stuff makes me feel actually human again.

Try coffee together with L-theanine. Look up the "People's Stack" nootropic.
I do this and although I find the effect is subtle, it does work.
Basically L-theanine counteracts the negative effects of caffeine, so you get the increased energy and elevated mood but much less jitteriness and anxiety.
