I made a new app this is how it works.
1. A person is randomly chosen to start streaming video to all other users in a chatroom (like twitch except only 1 person streaming at a time).
2. The viewers have the option to vote "NO". If >50% of the audience votes "NO", a new person is chosen.

Why is signing up necessary? The least you could do is allow guests.
The vast majority of users don't want to spend time signing up for something unless they're getting something they think is worth it in return. How many different accounts on different websites does the average person have? Do they really want to have one more just to experience the novelty you've built?
