It's quite complicated because those muscles are connected trough bones and tendons all the way back to your spine. The RSI actually deforms your body and the problem area may not be the same place as the pain area. So you need to actually research how to stretch all your upper body muscles. It's no small feat to undo the damage.
My best advice is to use your left hand for navigation, it sucks to have to relearn how to do basic tasks but the pain will never go away if you keep using the right hand as you always have which is the cause of the pain in the first place. Even 10 years later you will still have this pain if you don't take drastic change.
1. Talk with hr and demand a bigger desk so you can put the keyboard and mouse further in so you can rest the majority of your arm on the desk.
2. Get a mouse like linked to or a trackball like pic related
3. Finally, dont use a computer at home after work while this is going on, your tendons need rest.
Now hopefully you dont work at a shit company so no 1 is doable. Tip nr 2 is very easy to follow. Tip 3 is probably the hardest part, your tendons needs rest and it wont recover if you add hours extra at home. You dont want chronic pains and become unable to move a mouse
