Does anyone else get pain in this area? My elbow starts to hurt here after a couple hours at work. It's like a constant dull ache.

I use a Logitech MX Master mouse. Been using it for a year with no issues until about a month ago when this started happening.

Bad advice. The weight of your arm should not be on your wrist, elbow or shoulder. You're supposed to have your ARM on the armrest so that your joints can be relaxed and under little tension.

No, they don't. The armrest is pinching and straining nerves and tendons around your elbow when you're typing. Raise your seat so you don't have to lift your forearms up to reach the keyboard and keep your arms off the rest when you're working. Use them for resting and that's it.

That was kinda my theory, the pain gets worse when I'm clicking a lot. It's led me to start playing vidya almost exclusively with a controller more, which helps greatly. Do you know any stretches that would help?

had the same issue, stop using the mouse and get a touchpad also stop touch typing and get grip exercisers. Doing this helped me.

It's quite complicated because those muscles are connected trough bones and tendons all the way back to your spine. The RSI actually deforms your body and the problem area may not be the same place as the pain area. So you need to actually research how to stretch all your upper body muscles. It's no small feat to undo the damage.

My best advice is to use your left hand for navigation, it sucks to have to relearn how to do basic tasks but the pain will never go away if you keep using the right hand as you always have which is the cause of the pain in the first place. Even 10 years later you will still have this pain if you don't take drastic change.

You need an ergonomic audit. Your wrist is bent, put a pad underneath the wrist so the angle is flat, not reverse pitched.
