How the fuck is this still the best mobile browser available, despite not having it's last update in years?!

It's just a GUI for webview/chrome.

Because its simple, it doesnt need all the bullsoikaf of other browsers

Via web browser is a good alternative for old phones if you are not worried about le botnet is everywhere

It's the best Browser GUI on Android. If there was a browser with the same GUI thay didn't use webview I would switcg immediately.

Lynket Browser (Ex Chromer) is better for old phones since it utilises the Chrome's custom tabs protocol

Use Firefox nigger, it supports extensions.

Weird, Kiwi doesn't have this icon here on my phone

Can you install uBlock on it?

It has a built-in adblocker

No. If you want a webview browser that supports uBlock install Kiwi.

It's just a domain blocker, like a hosts file would be. It's not an actual adblocker because it doesn't block dynamic ads (js injected) nor does it hide blank ad boxes. Overall it's significantly inferior to uBlockOrigin.

>Firefox Nigger

those forks are getting out of hand

So, Firefox with the Ubuntu branding pack?

Chinese botnet

OP here. That's actually what I've been using lately. Kinda wish it had a built-in adblocker, but I understand why it doesn't have one.

>built-in adblocker
Why? What makes it better than uBlock Origin (or whatever)?

It works fine for me since I just use Newpipe for YouTube, I don't use any other sites with dynamic ads

fuck off and stop shilling your garbage on Jow Forums

It's alright, i use it for light browsing since it loads everything rather quickly. They did include some form of adblock with a hosts file but you're better off using firefox with ublock.
