>his monitor isnt atleast 1440p
His monitor isnt atleast 1440p
>monitor
cringe
ok displaylet
> He cuts his FPS in half to push extra pixels that are barely even noticeable if you don't press your nose against the monitor
imagine saying something so dumb
I have a mounted computer screen
Imagine being a resolution queen and falling for the more pixels=better graphics meme
No, it's golden ratio 1200p. And it even comes without backlight bleed unlike your 1440p meme trash panel.
>poorboy displaylet cant afford a half decent gpu
Have you ever used a 1440p monitor?
Because it seems like you haven't.
>he doesn't use 480p monitor
>his monitor is unusable 16:9 trash

Hi user I am a 16:10fag, what aspect ratio do you use?
>2019
>not being an ultrawide chad
Wtf is wrong with you
16:10 2560x1600 of course.
oh I use 1920x1080 60hz.
I did get it for free as in beer so I dont complain.
the colors are a bit off though
I've never understood this meme.
Past a certain size, additional horizontal space is more valuable than additional vertical space.
For smaller screens, yes, 4:3 is better.
Once you go past 24 inches, though, 16:9 is better.
Hell, the ultrawide meme is unironically a very good choice for even larger diagonals.
If "applications getting stretched too wide" is a problem, then stop running everything maximized like a boomer, and take advantage of windowing systems.
>fps
NEET spotted. I use high-resolution displays because you can get objectively better, more sharper text.
You can always fall back to a lower resolution if you care about gayms so much.
It's 5K. Shiny and colorful! Thanks, Apple.
:)
For programming, more vertical space is valuable since more lines of code are visible at a time.
>You can always fall back to a lower resolution if you care about gayms so much.
Wow, what a great argument for buying a 1440p monitor.
Literal cherry picking. You are an embarrassment to your parents.
5120x1440 reporting in
Ultrawide is everything
>he gets cucked out of money every other year by monitor companies because they've got 12 extra imperceptible pixels
>not being more concerned by colour reproduction or framerate, which are actually tangible changes.
That's gonna be a yikes from me dawg
not him but got one at work. it's nice for programming because more screen real estate, but apart from that, it's imperceptible from my 1080p monitors I use at home .
>not browsing Jow Forums on your phone
ok boomer lol

1600x1200 4:3 master race here.
