The Vega56 is the slight advantage, if you ignore the fact it's from 2017 sure its fine i guess, but realistically it's very limited, especially when it comes to UHD content.

He's not wrong though, the V56 and V64 never got Playready 3.0 certified, and as such they are unable to playback UHD content from netflix due to DRM restrictions.
If you think that's a lie, just look it up yourself, it's a very common complaint with the vega cards.
