Not just shintel, but Cinebench itself, both R15 (to the point of random variance in the results from the benchmark itself bottlenecking the CPUs) and R20 (2*7742 hits its 256 thread limit, so this benchmark is effectively nearly exhausted).
And again, about 4* performance per shekel, $14k worth of AMD CPUs in a (cheaper) 2-socket MB beating the record set with $40k worth of Intel CPUs in a (niche, expensive AF) 4-socket MB.
