Give me three valid reasons why you aren't using GNU/Linux

>Compatibility & Ease of Use
>familiarity
>Having a job and being able to afford a real product.

1. Because GNU/Linux doesn't exist.
2. Because I use Linux.
3. See above.

>No good alternatives to Adobe products
>Requires a lot of setup to make it look as good as mine does straight out of the box
>Bad drivers and almost no software for my hobby (music production) are supported

I use macOS, and not shitty Windows if you assumed it for a sec

1. I value my free time
2. I value my laptop's battery life
3. I value my employability, which requires proficiency in Excel and Visual Studio

1. I use openBSD
2. Linus is a fennosw*de cuck
3. rms is a fat kike

My Chinese drawing tablet doesn't have Linux Drivers.
I don't think my half-keyboard has Linux Drivers either.
My scanner-printer doesn't have Linux Drivers either.

No one takes your shitty OS seriously unless they have the luxury to. Only overpriced flagship electronics are supported by your free OS and its clusterfuck of distro compatibility issues and lack of stable and centralized development.

FPBP and /thread

I prefer Manjaro/Linux. I tried GNU but it wasnt for me,
whenever I used it I could smell the garlic and coffee on Richard stallmans beard. The Gnu/linux distro is piss poor

1. Because
2. Linux
3. Sucks

I don’t know. It’s just a better desktop experience all in all for some reason I can’t quite put my finger on

Manjaro *is* a GNU/Linux distro

>has a job
>doesn't use linux
will science ever figure out whether these things correlate or not?

i use Gentoo, a non-FSF certified distro.

1. I'm free to not use it.

>being able to afford a real product
None of them have cost any money for years, poorfag. The only people who might end up having to pay are zoomers that haven't used any previous Windows and are building a PC. Even they can pirate it without getting into trouble since MS doesn't care. For everyone else the OS is practically forced down their throat. If you buy a computer you get Windows, if you already have a computer with Windows you get the newest Windows. MacOS has been free of cost for a while now.

1. But
2. I
3. Already am

I'm using it right now

Because RMS is autistic.
Because I'm using NixOS.
Because GNU is outdated.

>NixOS is an independently developed GNU/Linux distribution - distrowatch

> OP is a fagoot - (You)
let's keep it civil, user.

Sticky when wet

After having used systemd/IBM for a month, I found out that basically every command line stuff I do there is replicable on windows, and that I could easily update all my user software too from just one command line.
So there's no reason to use systemd/linux.

Depends on which Adobe software you're missing. Plenty of good alternatives to Premiere and Lightroom.
Photoshop and Illustrator are debatable but Krita and GIMP are things regardless

Things that just work on Windows: Adobe, H Games, desktop UI, drivers
Things that just work on gnu linux: uhhh user permissions i guess???
