DarkRock TF is the superior cooler, you can mount it any way you need to to clear RAM/components and it cools the VRM/board.
Before anyone goes there if you have a hard time mounting any cooler its because your mechanically inept or trying to mount a cooler while the board is in the case like a retard.

I have a DRP4 and it was a pain in the ass to install only because the mechanism that mounts the cooler to the adapter brackets is just a bar with 2 screws, and the bar isn't even flush with the adapter brackets. Shit sucks.

The meshify has much less space, so should i buy the dh15s or a normal one and just reverse the fans?
