Anti malwares are literally useless unless you're the kind of guy to click on porn ads and to launch their executable. Also there's a shit ton of false positive and this windows defender bloatware deletes them without asking, then you have to restore it manually and whitelist its fucking location.

How do you know your pc is healthy and not infected with AIDS if you don't have any AV program? Windows Security is the least bloated AV program available to Windows and it's fast and light like everything else made by microsoft for Windows like its default photos and movies apps.
