why, is the android phone, wich perfectly fits my needs, going to stop working?

Too bad there is literally nothing innovative in the leaks. Hope it's because they managed to keep the big stuff under wraps.

BOOM, I just murdered your entire thread

t. ex iToddler getting a Note 10+ soon

>lots of cheap and slow storage
>somehow a good thing on a phone
What for?

Don't get me wrong, I was a big fan of micro SD cards back when the average phone had 16gb and the max tier was 64 and used to laugh at Applel and Nexus users, but now it doesn't make too much sense. Usually they start at 64gb, which is far, far, far more than an average user will ever need, and if you have to store your entire music library, you get the bit larger 256gb version … but let's say you want to have tons of porn on it too, 512gb would do fine for that. We're already reaching full sperg tiers and there is one more. Sure, NVMe SSDs are a bit pricier but you also get a massively improved performance, so unless you're poor it's a great deal; and if you're poor, buying a flagship doesn't seem like the best call.

Let's say I wanted to take HQ 100Mbps 4K video of your fat mother servicing me. That card in particular has a MINIMUM write speed of 30MB/s and all I need is ~150Mbps for the overhead to reduce dropped frames. That's ~19MB/s so this card is more than enough for that given task.

Even for things like launching and loading apps this card is more than enough as the A2 rating means 4,000 IOPS. Not as 1337 as an NVME m.2 pci 4.0 SSD but around 40X faster than a standard HDD.

Also the Note 10+ supports UHS-II cards IIRC. Pic related.

what

>so this card is more than enough for that given task
More to enough to perform it, not perform it well. Say you wanted to open or copy the video, it'd be noticeably slower.

>but around 40X faster than a standard HDD.
Why would it even matter? Who unironically uses HDDs on their personal devices unless they have to keep multiple terabytes of backups?

you dumb retard why do you need fast storage for fucking photos and music?
iphone can't into dsd anyway

Because you want minimal delay in anything you do, duh? Going back to slow storage after experiencing fast one is as painful as going back to TF screens with 768p.

iphones have minimum animation times longer than the 12MB loading time of a store-bought microsd

WRONG, all I'd need is 150 Mbps read/write to record and playback the video with -literally- 0 dropped frames. This card does that exceedingly well. Remember video is stored sequentially, NOT in randomly fragmented 4KB blocks.

The point is for launching apps it's 40X faster than a HDD. Might be 0.5 seconds slower than launching programs from an M.2 PCI 4.0 NVME drive but that's acceptable.

Bye innovation, only.

Apple Music on any Android has more features than Apple Music on the iPhone 6.

Sure, opening it would still take longer. Or browsing through your pictures/videos/music when you have a few thousands of files.

The only notable advantage of micro SD cards would be the convenience when changing devices, but then again, it'd be off-set by security.

>streaming music

Can you not read? It says "DOWNLOADS"

I don't really give a shit what you do with your money but if you're browsing Jow Forums that probably means you're not completely ignorant about technology, yet you still choose apple. There's only one conclusion to draw: you're genuinely stupid.

Which will be gone once you stop paying the Jews.

I can download music from Apple music as well on my 5s and dark "themes" are an edgy zoomer meme, no exception.

>0.5 seconds is a long time
Also it would be like 0.2 seconds longer than the storage on an iPhone, it's not like it can do 500,000 IOPS of random 4KB.

Nope. It's my music. Apple Music comes with iCloud Music Library, which means you can effortlessly transfer your iTunes library, which consists of MP3s to your phone without a care or having to sync anything. If i stop paying the MP3s are still on my phone.
What's the max storage on a 5S? I'm 100% sure it's not >512GB.

>500Gb of music
Typical NEET, has nothing better to do other than waste his time on listening to music every minute of the day and do pointless arguments about brands.

Son, did I ever tell you the story about the fox and the grapes?

theguardian.com/technology/2019/aug/30/hackers-monitoring-implants-iphones-google-says

>think different
>do the same
What Apple mean by this?

When will people realize the point of SD card slots is so that you don't have to risk putting everything you have on one storage space and risk losing all that files if your phone dies.

Can I gain this power?

Not from a macfag

>which consists of MP3s
Imagine paying for a fucking MP3 in 2019.

This is just a joke, right?
There's no way a company known for aesthetic design would actually make this, right?

What sort of monster uses their phone as main storage and doesn't automatically back up the shit?

It's not like the current camera bump isn't ugly as fuck.

...said the NEET grasping at the last straws of pointless "muh gigabytes" arguments
When you grow up and get to be a big boy, you will find a job and things like who has the biggest storage space and the biggest loudest laptop and most video cards become pointless.
Now ask me how I know you are a child.

Also Apple Music on Android has a better UI than most android apps, google’s included.
