One does not simply shutter a MIT-licensed project. At worst, everyone using it will have to change the dependency from "core-js" to "core-js-unfucked-fork" for their next build.

I'm saying they should change "core-js" from pointing to "npm.com/fuckwit/core-js" to "npm.com/forkedversion/core-js". I suspect they won't because people would flip out about muh package manager overreach but it's by far the best solution.
