New build? Check the cables, make sure everything has a cable connected to the psu, and the motherboard.

nah I wa checking the psu if it had dust

So it stopped working after you opened it or before?

instal gentoe

yeah I was on discord and blam shut off

There is a switch on computers backside, is it turned on?

Is the computer bought pre-built or did you build it?

That makes it a lot more problematic...

ik

make sure the power supply is not turned off.

If it does not respond in any way, it is possible that the power source is damaged.

Might've shut off because the CPU got too toasty. Let it cool down for 30 mins then try booting again. If that doesn't work, try reseating the ram next.

ok

Alright Romy I'm only doing this once so make it count.
Tell me everything you did today to your computer and I'll get you a solution.
I'm under the understanding you checked the PSU for dust.

Do the fans spin?

Alright so I booted up the pc
Checked some audio settings cuz my mic wasn't working
clicked apply the crash

I suggest you let it cool down like the britbong asked.

Maybe check if the power switch cable is properly connected

Delete sys32.

It's located on your motherboard

As I understand it your computer just shut off completely? Is that right?

Check if the PSU is properly connected. Maybe some cable isn't sitting properly.

no i mean really but thanks for the picture
feel free to draw some... if you want

There is a way of checking if your PSU is broken.
-Unplug your PSU completely and turn off the power switch
-Grab the large pin connector (pic related)
-Conntect the GREEN cable with ADJACENT BLACK cable. This can be done with a paperclip, a large one preferably. Should work with regular (steel) wire too.
-Plug it in and turn the PSU on.
-If the fan doesn't spin, the PSU is either dead or you didn't connect the cables properly. If the fan does spin, the problem is likely with the motherboard.
