Yes cloud-flare can save on bandwidth but it's by no means the only way to save on bandwidth. Heck I don't think these arguments apply to google or facebook either. They're not the only way to get your site found on the internet. Sure it makes it much harder without them, but there is no obligation on companies to provide their services to make things easier for you.

All you need is a single rack in a handful of datacenters across the world with local peering arrangements at each. Sure, you might not get last mile peering shit with each ISP like Google or Netflix have, but DIY is good enough for 99.99999% of use cases (aka not streaming 4k video to millions of people).

The bot would have to read the sentence, comprehend it, and generate an answer. Given enough randomness there's no way a bot would be able to do that with 3 questions in a row.

Watson was able to do it on Jeapordy because Jeapordy pre-categorizes questions in order to let the robot narrow it's response. But as far as I know there isn't a bot out there than can answer trivia questions.

You'd just have to generate a large number of trivia questions which shouldn't be too hard because bots can generate trivia questions, they just can't answer them
