Please let us know the exact error message\code that you receive. Also, let us know if you are using Microsoft account or Local account.
Try to take ownership of the files and check if the issue persists.
a) Go to the drive that contains the file or Folder whose ownership you want to change.
b) Right Click of mouse on that file or Folder and Choose “Properties“.
c) Navigate to “Security” tab.
d) Click on Edit, then click Add.
e) Under the "Enter the object names to select box"- type "Everyone"(without quotes) and click on "Check names".
f) Click Ok
g) A new window will open up with Security tab- Under "Permissions for Everyone", Check mark the "Full control" option.
h) Apply and Ok.
i) Ownership allowed for folder or file .
Let us know the status of the issue in regards to run setup.exe from the DVD drive. Your reply is important to assist you further.
