ignore garrisons they're gay, bonus means once you've conquered that territory you get that number added to you roll

you can put garrisons in the tiles
by doing so, you roll specifically to do it and the OP paints the tiles with a darker shade
garrisoned (I prefer to call them fortified) tiles cost more to take than a non-fortified tile.
