/Ourjeet/ ^_^

I always feel bad when people are being sacked and they have to train the new guy taking their place.

And what if you tell them to fuck off and leave?
(Note: Industry blacklisting is illegal in the first world, so that isn't an argument)

No he won't.

My ears wouldn't stand his poo-accent

Found him, just some dumbass crypto shill with no knowledge of coding whatsoever.

Inspire confidence, make sure nobody ever questions your work and never document anything.
Work your way into core parts of anything you can. You want to make sure that when you leave or if you are fired you do as much damage as possible.

If you fuck off and leave you lose severance pay which can be quite a lot depending on how long you have worked for the company
For some I’m sure their dignity is worth more and they do just fuck off

enjoy getting sued

Not always an option. I lost my job in a brutal downsizing, wanted to have my friends and soon-to-be ex-colleagues to keep their jobs at least.

On what basis? As long as he doesn't actively sabotage anything and his job description doesn't explicitely mention documenting the work it's fine.

If I ever had to train someone who was going to be my replacement, I'd just quit. Fuck them, they're crazy if they think I'm going to actively work myself out of a job like that. Rather just quit on my terms and leave them hanging high and dry.

more like pooneesh

Explicitly replacing people like that is illegal in the first world too, so it's a moot point.

Yes, they still find ways around it, but if they literally say "train this guy to do your job so we can kick you out" you can sue the shit out of them.

Sauce

True story. This is what I did to an Amerimutt. Now I am on the path to become a citizen. Wonder what happened to him though. Hope he didn't kill himself.

Gonna need a sauce on that image
