And just turn down your screen to 5-10% of brightness.

Don't use screens with pwm backlights. Most older and some newer LED backlights are terrible
Turn down brightness to something comfortable
Don't use screens in total darkness, at least place a lamp behind your screen
Don't look at screens for so long

i just dont get headaches. i crank my blue light and use backlight strobing while being on the pc all day. no headache.

i just got some yellow lenses for my oaks, works great. get the clear ones
